The Duke's Apartment, complete with a bottle of bubbly, is the place to enjoy a wonderfully relaxed vacation in the beautiful seaside resort of Eastbourne. A short stroll to the beach and miles of promenade with views across the new South Downs National Park and beyond, The Duke Apartment is perfectly located. There are also a host of local restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, along with several theatres, galleries and other visitor attractions.

Situated across two levels, this unique apartment is spacious with all the added touches that make it the perfect place to relax. There are bath robes provided and the luxury bathroom, with its decadent twin jacuzzi bath makes it a must for romantic couples! The second bedroom continues the theme of luxury with its attractive furnishings and wonderful views.

Located on the third floor of the house this apartment is split level and very generous in proportions. On the entrance level you’ll find the lounge, kitchen and dining areas, along with the twin room. Up the stairs you’ll find the very spacious master bedroom in the eves of the building and the separate, and again very spacious luxury bathroom complete with a double jacuzzi bath and shower over the bath. The bathroom even has underfloor heating.

Everything is within easy reach here. The lower slopes of the South Downs drop down from Beachy Head on to the magnificent promenade that stretches for almost two miles to Eastbourne’s Victorian Pier. It is a town of tradition yet it has very much a modern feel with plentiful restaurants and bars within minutes of the Duke’s Apartment.

In the summer Eastbourne comes alive with the very popular Airborne together with the AEGON International Tennis, a tournament that attracts many of the world’s top tennis players just prior to Wimbledon. The tournament which is held in Devonshire Park can of course be seen from the apartment.

"Very Good Choice to stay in Eastbourne"

With a family of 5 we spent a wonderfull time in Eastbourne and surroundings. The owners. are very helpful wherever they can. The appartment is very quiet and within walking distance from the railwaystation, pier, theatres and shops. The WiFi-Signal in the appartment is a.. bit weak at times, which did not bother me.
