The accommodation provides two doubles and one twin bedroom, a sofa bed located in the living room, two bathrooms, and a luxury fitted kitchen. Walk out of the French doors from the living room onto the large private sun terrace which runs alongside south and west facing sides of the apartment with stunning views of the water features and fountains. Outdoor tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided to make the most of daytime and evening sun whilst listening to the fountains. Alternatively take a stroll out of the apartment onto the quayside and along to the harbour bars and restaurants, or along the seafront to Pevensey Bay or the attractions of Eastbourne

The apartment is located on the first floor. Enter into the spacious hall . Door leads from here to the kitchen which is fully fitted with gas hob, double oven, dish washer, fridge/freezer and washer dryer.

The living room is furnished in a modern style with sofa bed, and 2 further sofa's, table and chairs seating 6-8 people, colour T.V. and DVD player French doors lead out to a large terrace with sun loungers and a table wth chairs and umbrella. There is one twin bedroom with wardrobes, the two double bedrooms have wardrobes and the master bedroom has a spacious en-suite shower room. There is also a spacious family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Walk out of the French doors onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs for those hot summer evenings, listen to the water feature, or take a stroll out of the apartment's private gate to the path leading past the water feature and along to the harbour bars and restaurants. Dominica Court is a gated development with private parking and ideally located within walking distance of the Harbour facilities and Crumbles shops. Eastbourne town centre is approximately 3 miles and a flat walk along the seafront from here.

Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We can provide a cot and high chair. No pets allowed and smoking is not permitted. We take a house deposit of £200 which is returned at the end of your stay, and covers for any excessive cleaning and breakages. This apartment is available all year round.

The South East England region

The countryside around the town is beautiful at any time of the year and some of the best scenery in Sussex is only a short walk or bus ride away. The South Downs lie to the West and North of the town and are officially classified as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Nearby are countless beauty spots such as Birling Gap and Beachy Head, many old English villages and a selection of fine country pubs and interesting art galleries.


Eastbourne has a reputation for sunny weather, a major factor in attracting thousands of holidaymakers to this part of the East Sussex coast. The town boasts more hours of sunshine than almost any other English holiday resort, about 2,000 hours each year. It is also acts as an ideal base for exploring the many historic sites, castles and gardens as well of the natural attractions of the South Downs and coastal areas. Eastbourne has a great variety of shops, attractions, theatres and restaurants on its doorstep.

Sovereign Harbour is made up of a number of marina basins and is in itself a fascinating place to visit to enjoy the ambience and watch the comings and goings of both leisure, fishing and life boats through the sea lock. There are harbour boat tours, beach-side walks and cycle paths as well as a range of amenities including harbour-side cafes, restaurants and bars and the Crumbles retail park with has several larger stores, including Asda and Boots, and a multi-screen cinema.

"Absolutely fabulous"

What a wonderfully designed apartment. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen is a dream. Balconies are the most spacious I have seen and secure parking is an added bonus. Restaurants on the harbour c… More

"Nice place!"

This apartment suited our needs perfectly - although I have to say the ishwasher was way too small for five people. Nice big terrace, bedrooms perfect for two adults and three children, kitchen fully furnished with plenty of utensils and equipment and nicely situated close to some amenities and the beach with relatively frequent buses into the town centre.

"Spacious and clean with all you need"

The apartment had all we needed for a family holiday. The beds were very comfortable and good quality linen and towels.Plenty of seating in the lounge and outside on the large patio. Plenty of kitchen equipment and everything was sptoless. Situated in a very pleasant area around the marina and a flat walk into Easbourne. The only complaint was the dvd in the lounge and bedroom did not work.
