About the home

The accommodation is located on two floors. Stairs lead from the pavement to the front door and into the entrance hall which has been painted in a neutral colour.The fully fitted kitchen includes gas hob with electric oven under, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is a small breakfast bar with two stools.

Full gas central heating is available for the winter months The lovely light living room has some side sea views and is furnished in a modern style with full size sofa bed, more seating and a table which will sit 6 people. On the ground floor is the first bathroom with bath, hand wash basin and toilet. Stairs lead up to the two bedrooms. The master is a large double with en suite shower room and some sea views. The twin room has a fitted wardrobe, and is furnished in a modern style.

From The apartment there are walks along the seafront, tennis courts, and a good seafront restaurant and tea rooms are close by.

This apartment can be rented through out the year and there is a house deposit charged of £100 which is payable on booking. Linen and towels and all the services are included in the rental price.

This apartment does have a number of stairs so would not be suitable for wheelchair users.

Fly to Gatwick there are trains from Gatwick directly to Eastbourne when you arrive at Eastbourne train station taxis are available directly outside the station. The apartment is approximately a 5 minute drive from the train station. or ferry to Newhaven. Eastbourne is approximately 30 minutes drive.
