The living room is nicely furnished with enough seating for 4 people. There is a dining table seating 4. French doors lead out to the patio garden. The fully equipped kitchen is modern with gas hob and electric oven under, a separate fridge and freezer and washing machine, and microwave.

"Just right for the family"
Nice ground floor/basement flat (with daylight into all rooms), good sized bedrooms with plenty of drawers & hanging space, modern bathroom & kitchen, looks recently decorated throughout. Plenty of towels. Everything you need to cook a meal.
Sitting room patio windows open onto patio area (with washing line (pegs provided) & plenty of furniture) & gate in low wall to big (visible) shared grass area behind, perfect for kids. Sign says No Ball Games but not sure if this is enforced or not!
4 mins walk to beach, 2 mins to theatres & plenty of local shops, <10 mins walk to town centre. Right next door to an abandoned building site but boarded up stop kids getting in. Not too unsightly, mostly overgrown with weeds.
Helpful agents sorted out a couple of things which needed attention straight away.
Some bin bags, washing powder, hand soap, tea towels, dish cloths etc already there - a nice touch. Instructions for appliances & folder with useful info provided.
- only 1 bedside light & table in the double room
- only 3 (pretty uncomfortable) chairs in the dining area - several fold-out stools for kids but it wouldn't do for 4 adults
- a little short of cutlery.
On the whole, v satisfactory. And the sun shone, which helped!!

"great flat, close to the sea, comfortable and convenient"
