A luxury self-catering apartment in a quiet residential road just around the corner from Eastbourne's bustling town center and beautiful seafront promenade. Without doubt the best position in town. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the seaside!

With the huge bonus of your own parking space in the building's private carpark - essential in this fantastic town position.

Within 5 minutes level walk of the apartment you will find the town centre with shops, restaurants and cafes. Even closer is the seafront promenade with its Victorian pier. Walk for 4 miles along the promenade from the South Downs National Park at one end to Eastbourne's busy boat harbour at the other - remember to stop at the numerous cafes along the way !

In the evening why not vist the art galleries and theatres which are just a stone's throw from the apartment.

The main kitchen/lounge area has lovely views of the South Downs and is fully equiped to a very high specification with new furnishings, flat screen TV, free WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is an additional family bathroom.

"It's a Great Place to Stay"

It was very clean, modern and convenient. Being in the centre of town, it was within walking distance to the seafront, theatres and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and have already booked again for 2014.
