This stunning one bedroom holiday apartment is set on the garden floor ( 10 steps down) of a historic Victorian house ideally located just off the seafront, pier, bandstand and minutes from the restaurants, theaters, shops and attractions of Eastbourne with use of garden, sleeps 2-4 people, located in the sought after Devonshire Park area of central Eastbourne. It is private, quiet and self contained with its own private entrance. South Westerly aspect provides sunny afternoons and evenings.

This accommodation is not suitable for those with mobility issues unable to walk down 11 steps to the apartment
