Sovereign Seaview is a modern three story town house, suitable for couples or families, in the prime seafront location of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the dunes and beach at Langney Point.. The house is a few minutes walk from the Sovereign Centre which houses a wave pool and fitness centre. Local shops are near by .Plenty of family entertainment is within easy reach. Situated about midway between Eastbourne Marina and Eastbourne Pier either can be reached by a walk along the promenade , or by a short car drive or bus. Langney is a ten minute car or bus ride from the centre of Eastbourne and the railway station ,the taxi fare is about six pounds.
The house has the benefit of off-street parking for one vehicle.

The South East England / Sussex region
Eastbourne is a sea-side town on the South Downs close to the famous cliffs of Beachy Head. For those who enjoy the outdoors there are many beautiful walks including the South Downs way .Brighton with its excellent shopping and vibrant nightlife can easily be reached by a short journey either by car or rail. The many local attractions in the Eastbourne area include the Bluebell Railway, Hastings Castle, Brighton Pavilion and Sea-life centre and Druisilla’s Zoo.
Eastbourne / Langney Point area
Eastbourne is a large town with excellent shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large beach and a pier with traditional funfair as well as an outside swimming and paddling pool. There is a long promenade between the pier and the marina. About midway, very close to the Property, is the Sovereign Sports Centre which has a modern indoor wave pool.. Eastbourne has a vibrant and expanding marina with boat rides and fishing trips which also features bars and restaurants, as well as a shopping complex . The Eatbourne Tennis Tournament takes place in June prior to Wimbledon and an Air Show is held in mid August.
How to get there
Drive from Gatwick airport down the M23 towards Brighton then take the A27 towards Eastbourne. Go past Newhaven and Lewes on the M27 following the signs to Eastbourne.
Alternatively get the train from Gatwick to Eastbourne via Haywards Heath.
From Heathrow Airport take the Tube/ Metro to Victoria by first taking the Picadilly line ( dark blue) and then changing at Earls Court onto either a Circle line ( yellow) or District line ( green) to Victoria Tube station. Exit onto the Main line Victoria Railway station and take a direct train from Victoria ( usually platforms 15 to 17) to Eastbourne Station.
At Eastbourne station from the taxi rank outside take a short taxi ride to the property.
