On the edge of the old part of East Looe and a short stroll from the seafront and sandy beach nestles The Den, a roomy and contemporary ground floor apartment with its own parking and a lovely courtyard, ideal for enjoying barbecues on sunny days. Recently refurbished and beautifully decorated, it is arranged all on one level, has a cosy ambience for either summer or winter breaks and is only a few steps from the main street of this seaside town with an array of pubs, restaurants and shops. For the walking enthusiasts, the nearby South West Coastal path provides miles of breathtaking coastline and Looe is a convenient base to explore both the North and South coasts of Cornwall.

Lovely kitchen/diner with a five gas burner range, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and pine table to seat six. Bathroom with bath, shower over, handheld shower, hand basin and WC. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed and 17" flatscreen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Small double room with 4ft 6in bed. Twin room with two 3ft single beds and fitted wardrobe.
From the kitchen, there is a sheltered, fully enclosed courtyard with a barbecue and garden table to seat six.
Parking: One allocated space on seafront car park, suitable for medium size cars (permit provided).
Included: Bed linen, towels (no beach towels), 3G mobile WiFi (pay as you go), travel cot, high chair, electricity and central heating (gas).

We booked this cottage in October 2013 , to say it was a disappointment is an understatement , it was dirty and over priced ,when we arrived with friends we were greeted with filth in the kitchen sink… More
