Check-in is at 3:00pm (15:00hrs) by default. Alternative check-in time between 3:00pm-7:30pm can be scheduled at request free of charge at the booking stage

Delayed check-in Fee of £50.00 applies if later than 2hrs from the agreed check-in time.
£50 Late Check-in fee. This fee is payable if checking -in after 8:00pm
£100 Missed Check-in Penalty fee. If you do not turn up for check-in on the correct day, you will be automatically charged £100.00.
£50 Re-entry fee. A charge of £50 is payable if you lock yourself out of the apartment and need to be let back into the apartment.
Conditions
Rental Balance and Security Deposit is due as cleared fund 6-8 weeks prior to Check-in.
Tenants are responsible for the check-out cleaning of the apartment to same condition as check-in.

Bow is said to be named from the bridge that spanned the River Lea in this neighbourhood, and which was built under the direction of Matilda, wife of Henry . It was called Bowe, because the bridge was arched like unto a bowe, a rare piece of work, for before that time the like had never been seen in England.'
Bow is now primarily residential area for the City Professional and boast an amazing Park (Victoria Park) with has its own lake and Deer park in the centre. Bow also has an amazing network of water-way canals with interesting pubs and walk-ways. Bow is famous for its historic Bow Bells of London immortalized in legendary English Poems of olde.
The East London, England / Bow area
Victoria Park is a short stroll from the apartment with its deer park and pond. Several festival take place over the summer months for a truly unique park experience. Mile End Park and Green space is also a 3 minute stroll from the apartment for a wholesome family fun.
Roman Road Market is a 8 minute stroll from the apartment for a unique local market experience for food, clothes, trinket, jewellery and antique shopping.

Take Heathrow Express to Paddington National Rail Station. Walk to Lancastergate Underground Station (just by Hyde Park - takes 3-5 minute walk) and take the central line (red line) and get off at Mile-End Station (takes 15 - 20 minutes). Alternatively, take the Underground Service from Heathrow (Picadilly (Blue) Line) and Change at Holborn Underground Station for the Central (Red) Line and get off at Mile-End Station. The apartment is a 4 minute walk from the underground station.
From City Airport:
Go to London City Airport DLR Station and take the Docklands Light Railway towards Bank Station. Change at Canning Town Underground Station and take the Jubilee Line towards Stratford. Change at Stratford for the Underground Central Line Station (Red Line) heading Westbound and it is One stop to Mile-End Underground Station. The apartment is a 4 minute walk from the underground station.
From Stansted Airport
Take the Stanstead Express Rail Train to London Liverpool Street. This should take approximately 55 minutes. At Liverpool Street Station, Change to the Central (Red) Line Underground Station heading Eastbound and get off at Mile-End Station (Takes Approximately 3 minutes - 2 stops). The apartment is a 4 minute walk from the underground station.
From Gatwick Airport Take the Gatwick Express Rail Train to London Victoria (Takes about 30 minutes). Change at London Victoria to the Underground Station and get on the Victoria Line (Blue Line) North Bound and change at Oxford Street Underground Station for the Central Line (Red Line) East Bound. It should take about 10 - 15 minutes ( about 9 Station Stops) to get to Mile-End Station. The apartment is a 4 minute walk from the underground station.

The apartment is exactly as you would expect looking at the pictures. The facilities are excellent and there is everything you need in a home. The apartment was clean and well maintained and we felt right at home. The owner is a kind and honest, a few days after our departure, the deposit was refunded to us. The shop on the ground floor open until 23 is really handy. The proximity of the tube station and bus stops allowed us to move comfortably in any direction. Definitely recommend this facility to friends and relatives who were to spend a few days holiday in London.

Quick access to bus, tube and supermarket, also interesting targets nearby, e.g. Tower Hamlets, Mile End Park and Victoria Park.
London typical soundscape, but bedrooms pretty quiet.
Facilities above-average, adequate in price.
Excellent communication with owner.
