This Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment forms part of a 12 storey building which is located next door to the famous excel exhibition and conference center opened in Novermber 2000. In April 2009, Excel played host to the 2009 G-20 London Summit.

The property does not just benefit from a close proximity to the Excel Center but also the Royal Victoria DLR station which again is at the back of the building. The DLR goes straight to stratford International (Olympic Village) within 11 mins. You can also use the DLR to central London. The journey time is about 20Mins.

This property is also next door to Crowne Plaza Hotel, so if you feel like eating out or having a drink in a very trendy environment then you have it. In total you will have access to about 6 hotels in the area including, Renaissance, Novotel & Ibis.

The apartment also benefits from a sit out terrace over looking the water front, and a wonderful sight of the millennium dome. Also in front of the building is the most talked about Cable Car which takes you across the river to the millennium dome with spectacular views.

This accommodation gives you the opportunity to have a very relaxed warm homely living in a trendy environment with all you need within walking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants are also situated in the area.

The area is becoming very poplar for tourists since the opening of the Cable car which takes you to the other side of the river which is the London 02 Arena. The 02 Arena, is a large entertainment district on the Greenwich Peninsula in South East London, including an indoor arena, a music club, a Cineworld cinema, an exhibition space, piazzas, bars and restaurants. It was built largely within the former Millennium Dome, a large dome-shaped building built to house an exhibition celebrating the turn of the third millennium; as such, The Dome remains a name in common usage for the venue.

Also, within a min walk from the building you have new crystal building.

This whole area is a holiday on its own. You must experience it especially when its within walking distance to your luxury apartment.

"Nice appartment"

The appartment and the view was really great. Almost everything was good. There are good connections to get in the centre of London. The only negative point was, the pans and some other dishes were dirty an we had to clean it before we could use it.
