Rental rates are inclusive of utilities but exclusive of final cleaning charge(£10/ person). The house is prepared for your arrival and cleaned upon departure. Additional maid service can be arranged locally.

Deposit On all bookings a deposit of 10% or minimum £20 is required upon confirmation with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to departure.
Security Deposit £40 required, and will be refunded on departure.
Methods of Payment We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta and Paypal. A 2.5% surcharge will be levied for bookings made by credit card. Payments can be made by Cheque, Paypal, Cash, Bank Transfer- Bank details are available on request. The monies should be net of all bank charges when they reach our account.
Cancellation Cancellation policies can vary from time to time. Please check the specific terms that apply at the time of booking. In most cases however if cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected, the amount is refunded less a £50.00 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is normally subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.
