"Stay in London over the Jubilee Weekend."

We rented this property in June. Beautiful and spacious, very light,well decorated and well equipped.
We had slight problems during our stay, on the day of arrival we were attending a wedding. When put on the iron which was in the flat the electricity went off. so i used my own iron but still no success, I tried all the plugs in other rooms also
but no electricity. I called the agent and they said they will be there soon. However we went to the wedding without our clothes properly ironed. When we returned the electricity had been repaired. The Agent called and told me it was my iron that had been the problem, which was not, as i used my iron after theirs. Secondly before we went down,i repeatedly asked
the Agent for car parking facilities as we were travelling from the north west. She told me of parking places near the flats etc but did not tell me that it is available at a cost on the premises. Inspite of my telling her that it says on the home and away site where i found this property that car parking is available.We would have taken this car parking facility and paid extra for it instead of risking parking car at odd places as we did not find any car park in the vacinity. Anyway on my return i wrote to the agent to say the flat was lovely but parking had been a nightmare and disappointed at the loss of electricity when we needed it the most. The member of staff who dealt with us
took this very personal. We travel to london very regularly and would have liked to rent this
place again.
I am going to London again and called the agent. The same member of staff has been rude and unhelpful. The property is vacant as per the advert. The owner of the property needs to look into the service of the agent.

We regularly travel within the uk and rent properties all over but have never experienced such rudeness, infact there is always a guest book and the owners ask you to write the positives and shortcomings so that they can improve.
I would highly recommend this property but the attitude of the Staff who dealt with needs to be looked at by the Manager of Capricorn Properties, if the the owner wants to rent the property to anyone in the future.
