2 mins from EXCEL and Royal Victoria DLR station, 30 mins from Central London. This spacious and partial water dock view apartment is ideal for up to 4 guests' stay. Guests are offered modern home experience with flexible check in/out, tea/coffee and gym/sauna service.

So far I have 40 reviews in total on another web, as you could see the booking status on my calendar, among which 38 reviews were very positive, 1 neutral and 1 advisory. Although different guests have different personal preferences, I always try my best to satisfy your needs because your comfortableness is my top priority. Also, I am purchasing and upgrading apartment facilities all the time.

This spacious and tidy accommodation (550 sqft) is ideal for up to 4 guests for a holiday stay.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the whole apartment and will be given a keyfob for building entrance and a key for apartment door. Guests need to inquire to book a secure underground parking space when booking the apartment.

Interaction with Guests

I am a professional working in a Fortune 500 firm in London. I am in early days of letting my apartment so I offer the flat at a bargain price compared to many equivalents (almost 10% cheaper). I normally reply your message in an hour. After accepting your reservation, I use email, phone or whatsapp to communicate with you to make sure your check-in and -out and any additional request are met completely. I prepare guidance including Wi-Fi password, take-away menus, local cars for rent and London tourism pass for free upon your arrival.

The Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in a safe and natural environment around the booming Royal Dock area. A number of high quality hotels (Crown Plaza and Ibis), restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.

People living in our apartment building are mostly professionals working in North Greenwich and Canary Wharf (London Innovation hub and Financial Centre). On the main street in front of the building, you have two supermarkets (Tesco and Nisa) provide plenty of living choices.

Getting around

The apartment is located a stroll up the road from the Emirates Airline experience which provides easy access to the O2 Arena. Royal Victoria Dockland Light Rail (DLR) station is within walking distance. These public transport options provide connections into Central London and to such popular attractions as the Tower of London and St. Paul's Cathedral, and beyond to Westminster and Buckingham Palace.

• to Canary Wharf (London Financial Centre): 15mins DLR + Jubliee Line (three stops)

• to Central London Zone 1 Bank Station: 15mins DLR direct journey to Bank station (Zone 1)

• to Central London Zone 1 Tower of London: 15mins DLR direct journey to Tower Gateway station

• to Central London other Zone 1 attraction places: take DLR and change at Canning Town station for Jubliee line west direction. You will pass by London Bridge Station (Borough market, pubs facing the Thames river), Waterloo Station (London Eye), Westminster Station (Big Ben and Parliament), Green Park (Ritz, Michelin star restaurants), Bond Street station (Luxury Shopping). You can reach these attractions in-between 15mins and 30mins. Jubliee Line is the most amazing London underground line for tourism and social living. It has the best safety records as well.

"Good but a few let downs"

Stayed here for 10 days with 2 teenage children. Location was excellent, apartment was ok and the gym was good and modern. The washing machine was not working which was a big let down as the owner fel… More

Hi Fola, the washing machine was accidentally broken by the guests before you so although I managed to order one during your stay but it was too late for you and you did not want the installation to disturb your stay. I understood your concern and the new integrated washing machine has been installed and is running well. Car parking space has to be ordered from the concierge so I have to pay them to get you a space. I actually included it in the description 'available upon request' so that's how I have coped your request and applied one for you.

I hope you could kindly understand and as you said the apartment generally was in a good value so I hope overall you had a good time.
