The Space - Mid size double room in Spacious town house. Shared bathrooms and kitchen.

Self catering, affordable accommodation for travelers and students, London visitors. Six minutes walk from Maryland rail station, and 10 min walk away from Stratford station. Bus N308 from Stratford, stops right next to the house. Stratford and Maryland stations are ZONE 3. Central London is couple of tube stops away with Central line or Jubilee line or DLR. Trains from Maryland will take you to Liverpool street in a minutes.

Easy access to the shopping at Westfield, & Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

THE ROOM listed is nice, mid size double room in forever classic red and black colors. There is also in the room: wardrobe, chest of draws; red glass side table (small PC station), tall mirror, large red and black canvas picture above the bed - beautiful. Everything in the room is arranged in matching red and black colors - the bedding sheets, curtains, the table lamps, the shade, the wall art ... The room is very pretty. Located on the first, ground floor, right next to the orange/lime bathroom (see the photos); comes with lockable door, wifi. Bed linen supplied, towels, shampoos, hairdryer.

THE ACCOMMODATION: Spacious house, 5+ bedrooms, large kitchen and separate living room, big garden. Rooms are offered for a short and long let basis or as a guest rooms. The minimum stay in this room is 3 days. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets. The room is on the 1st - ground floor with window overlooking the garden. Albert Square is quiet residential street, no highway nearby.

Facilities include: gas central heating, washing machine, 2 gas stoves - ovens, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, kitchen table with 4 chairs; pots, pans, dishes, bowls, caps, mugs, glasses, cutleries ... You will find all you need for your short stay and will NOT find any master class cooking utensils like food processors and complicated kitchen machines are NOT available; Also No dishwasher in the kitchen, so please wash your dishes, keep clean and tidy as much as you can and remember that if you neglect the sheared areas i.e. kitchen and bathroom, I will get all the negatives for the cleanliness and hygiene.

NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE, but please help you self with the things I have left in the kitchen - cereals, coffee, tea, bread and butter for toasts; bottle of cooking oil, basic spices, salt and sugar, paprika and grind pepper – ALL THIS IS FOR SELF SERVICE.

PARKING SITUATION. Parking restriction is 10 hours a day from 8 am to 6.30 pm. I provide visitor parking permits. Each permit is lasts 6 hours and is valid for the whole area marked with 'S'. You can use two parking permits within the day, but for the second 6 hours, you have to relocate the car within the same zone or street. So, the permits are not suitable for those who want to leave their cars from morning till late. However there are a free streets behind the house where you can park your car for all day long.

This is a NO SMOKING (except garden) NO PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY. I do love animals, but I do not agree their owners to treat them as luggage and to keep them locked and unattended in the room while they hanging out in London all day long.

This short term, vacation rental is located in Maryland - Stratford – East London, zone 3. 2012 Olympics were held here and that cleared the way for ? stunning upgrades and transformations in the area: The Largest Mall in Europe was open last year with over 300 high-end fashion shops within; casino, cinemas, exceptional places to eat and drink; Queen Elizabeth Park (The Olympic Park 2012) is now open for the public.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION & DISTANCES

The house is conveniently located 6 min walk from Maryland rail station. Basically you can get here directly from some airports - Stansted trains arrive directly to Maryland through Liverpool Street. Most of the other airports trains (email hidden)rpool street and then Stratford and Maryland. Central London is couple of tube stops away from Stratford – 8-10 min to Bank, Liverpool Street, Holborn, Oxford Street, Bond Street, Piccadilly Circus & Leicester Square. There is 24 hours bus running to Oxford Street and night bus goes straight to Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. Several tube lines link Stratford with other famous tourist, cultural and business destinations.
