Fully furnished with solid wood floors throughout. Pet free, smoke free flat.

IMPORTANT: Please note that this is my home and not a holiday apartment. You will find many of my personal effects which are yours to use but also to respect. My home is your home while you are here.

THE APARTMENT:

It's a fully furnished two bedroom ground / first floor split level maisonette flat, with solid wood floors throughout.

Great for the colder months as it's very well insulated, has central heating and a brilliant hot water system.

Sleeps four to five (one adult on sofa bed in lounge)

Very strong fibre optic wireless broadband will be available to you 24/7.

In the lounge there is a TV (no cable), DVD and stereo system - I have loads of great DVD's, but there is also the option to plug your laptop into the TV to watch whatever you want.

The lounge also has space to dine and the table opens out to seat six.

Full sized kitchen and washing machine available to guests.

There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath / shower, basin and toilet. Downstairs there is a separate toilet available.

Pet free, smoke free flat (smoking permitted in garden only).

I will provide clean bedding and towels.

ROOMS / SLEEPING:

BEDROOM 1: Newly renovated large master bedroom, facing sunny south (fitted with block-out blinds) with king size bed.

BEDROOM 2: Also newly renovated good sized room with a single to king sized Day Bed. During the day, you can make the bed into a lounge and at night roll it out to be a proper bed (very comfortable with proper slatted base and support!).

In the room, there is also a built in wardrobe (with hanging space) and drawers to use.

SOFA BED: I do have a double sofa bed in the lounge which could sleep two other people

PRIVATE PARKING:

Free off-street parking for two cars (and visitors) included.

THE GARDEN:

You're welcome to enjoy my private south-facing garden and BBQ. The garden attracts day long sun and lights are fitted for your evening sun-downers.

THE AREA:

The flat is located in the heart of East London – a hop, skip and jump by bus to Shoreditch, Dalston, Brick Lane, London Fields, Victoria Park village and Columbia road; offering a wealth of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes, art galleries and more.

Local shops and amenities are about a 5 minute walk from the flat and major shops are about 15 minutes walk

TRANSPORT:

Transport links include Mile End Underground Station (Central, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City line), Bow Road Underground (District, Hammersmith & City), Bow Church and Devon's Road (DLR) and reliable bus routes into the City and the West End. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to the stations.

- 11 min DLR journey to Canary Wharf, 8 min to Band and Liverpool Street by tube

- Squillions of buses running to the East End, South and to city.

- A five minute drive to the start of the A11, 118 and A12
