"What a welcome!"

This was such a lovely place to stay. Comfy, well equipped and ideally situated for getting around the South East New Forest. We were given the best welcome we've ever had, with fresh bread, a wonderful cake, as well as wine, milk and tea/coffee. The owner also popped over with a fresh loaf halfway through the week!

The Annex is very accessible, with lever taps. large light switches, and a completely flat walk-in shower. The local pub was fab, with excellent food and local ales. The flat roads are ideal for cycling to local attractions, and just a short drive to the ferry for the Isle of Wight.

The owner was very helpful, there is lots of local info and a well equipped kitchen.

We saw New Forest ponies outside the front gate, and just up the road they would gather each day, along with the donkeys, by the village shop and Post Office.

All in all, a lovely place to stay, peaceful, close to lots of attractions and very. very welcoming!
