Lessing-apartment Dusseldorf the apartment is very centrally located in the city of Düsseldorf, but quiet location in a side street with views over the gardens. The apartment is suitable for one to three people (in this case, the price is higher) and/or an infant (under 2 years old free of charge) and may day - and weekly rental. The check - in and check-out day is flexible. The apartment facilities include: In the living room: LCD TV, music system, Internet access (wireless & LAN), bed linen and blankets. Baby bed and high chair can be provided by us. In the kitchen: Combi oven with microwave, hob, Cookware, tableware, cutlery, coffee maker, coffee filter, espresso coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, coffee pods, tea, Toaster, kitchen towels, kitchen utensils etc. In the bath: towels, hair dryer, SOAP, shampoo and shower gel General: mini safe, door and letterbox. Electric shutters, adjustable central heating the apartment is located quietly in a side street and green at a small park, but nevertheless very centrally and conveniently located. The recreational area of South Park with 70 hectares is located 7 minutes ' walk. There are beer garden, café, mini golf, water playground, climbing wall, Petting Zoo in South Park. In direct vicinity of the apartment there are Baker, butcher, supermarket, cafe, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, laundry and cleaning. The supermarket in the vicinity has mo. -Sat. open from 7:00 until 22:00. A supermarket 700 m distance has Mon-Wed: 6:15 to 22:45, Thu-Sat: continuously so: open until 22:45. Distances: Tram stop 100m. S-Bahn 100 m. Metro station 700m 700m King Ahornallee 700 m University grounds 1800 m bus station (connection airport Weeze) 1200 m from the exhibition centre and ESPRIT arena can be reached in 12 minutes by subway. Düsseldorf International Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by train. The media port and Rhine Tower can be reached in 12 minutes by bus or tram. Old town, University, Mitsubishi Hall, Capitol Theatre, King Avenue, downtown etc. can be reached by the nearby public transport links within a very short time. Public parking are located in the residential district.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
