Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Minimum of 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are renewed for each new rental, and this can be more frequent at an agreed housemaid rate, please ask for further details.
