This fantastic 2 bedroom penthouse has great indoor space with an enourmous lounge and kitchen, two double rooms both with en suite bathrooms and one separate toilet. The property is located in a luxury development next to the cosmopolitan Marina of Puerta Duquesa.

Numerous facilities can be enjoyed when staying in this front line beach development including a gym, Sauna, paddle tennis and 4 large communal pools all within the secure and spacious gardens. On your doorstep is the ‘New Golden Mile’ beachside promenade which joins the charming seaside town of Sabinillas to the lively international marina of Puerta Duquesa. Here you can spend time in the numerous restaurants and bars that overlook the marina and far out to sea. This really is a superb apartment in a wonderful location.

Internally the property benefits from every luxury that you would expect from this wonderful development including hot and cold air conditioning and sky television. The property is well presented and perhaps the best feature is the east facing terrace which enjoys the sunshine all day ong while apreciating the lovely view to sea and mountains. 'Marina de la Duquesa' has 4 large pools that allow you to either enjoy a funpacked lively holiday or to simply relax by one of the quieter pools and spend your days reading, relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Bedrooms - Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have hot and cold air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite facilities. The twin room also has en suite facilities.

Bathrooms - Both en suites have a bath tub with overhead shower. The en suite of the double room has a jacuzzi bath tub.

Lounge - The lounge is light and very spacious with direct access to the terrace via double patio doors. There are 3 two seater sofas, hot and cold air conditioning, DVD player and Sky TV (free to air channels only).

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc. and there is also a breakfast table with 4 chairs.

Outdoors - The terrace enjoys beautiful sea and mountain views and has the sun all day round. There is a 6 seater dining table.

Parking - There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to the apartment level.

Resort facilities - Marina Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools one of which is heated, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.

Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sun loungers and sun shades for its clients and water sports facilities(not including jetskis).

Further details

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Conditions

All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Cot and High Chair hire are available upon request for a nominal additional charge. An English speaking holiday representative is available for general information and emergencies.

Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. 25% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking. 75% is payable 6 weeks before arrival via a secure online payment system. 50% of the price of the holiday is applicable for any cancellations.

The Duquesa / Puerto de la Duquesa area

The beach, bars and restaurants and Puerto Duquesa Marina are all within a 2 minute walking distance from the resort. Car hire is not essential except for those wishing to explore further afield.

Puerto Duquesa Marina is a picturesque and family friendly marina with an excellent range of bars and restaurants to suit everyones taste and budget.

Sabinillas is a lively beachside town with an expansive promenade lines with bars and restaurants. Sabinillas isnt a main tourist destination and as such retains that traditional Spanish charm.

Manilva Village is a 14th Century white village with stunning views and a traditional Andalucian charm, key attractions are the Roman Baths, Church and Vineyards.

The main festival is San Juan which is held on the 23rd / 24th June. This really is not to be missed! Highlights include Bonfire, Fireworks and Live Music to the early hours !
