Fashionable Puerto Banus and Marbella are just 25 mins away, and in the other direction we have Gibraltar with its lovely English High Street and new marina, plus the freely living monkeys at the top of the rock.

Contemporary and stylish furniture, with a fully fitted kitchen downstairs, bathroom, hall and lounge/dining area leading to a private terrace overlooking main pool and kiddies splash pool and gardens.
The first floor comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite and its own private terrace again overlooking the pools and garden. There are then more stairs leading to a mezzanine area which in turn has patio doors leading onto the rooftop solarium with further sunbeds and table and chairs with views of the golf course and to the sea.

We are flexible about rental bookings and welcome all enquiries, subject to a minimum of 3 nights. We will attempt to accommodate any changeover day requested subject to availability.
Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to arrival with a change of towels and bed linen. For stays over 14 days a second clean and change of linen will be arranged. If required further cleaning can be arranged during your stay and will be charged in resort. Costs supplied on application.
Conditions
On confirmation of booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required. The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival date. A further refundable deposit of £150 will also be required to cover damages/breakages and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure. Payments can be made either be cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.
Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Please note you are required to provide your own appropriate travel and personal insurance. The owners cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of their holiday.

The Costa del Sol is famed for its all year round sunshine, averaging 300 days of each year. There are a huge variety of resorts along the coast that offer many things to do at all times of the year.
The Duquesa area
Puerto Duquesa offers the best of both worlds. It is the perfect place to enjoy a stroll and light lunch overlooking the boats that jostle in the marina. During the evening you can select from one of the many family restaurants offering international cuisine, from French, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican and naturally Spanish.
Sabinillas, only a five minute drive away offers more shops, an inviting promenade with pavement cafes and barsand a lovely beach, together with a large weekly market to pick up some bargains.
There are many golf courses in the area, a water park, Safari park, riding, sailing and tennis etc.
Tarifa (45 mins west) offers the most spectacular views of the Gibraltar Straits and Africa and offers wind surfing and extensive white, sandy beaches.
