This house is part of a very attractive enclosed gated community. It is finished very tastefully with contemporary furniture, in a local style, and boasts two private sun terraces and a private rooftop solarium while having close access to a communal pool, children's pool and paddling pool.
This quiet and peaceful port has a host of good restaurants and entertainment, many centred around its picturesque marina and port.

The front of the house looks over the beautiful landscaped garden and pool area (sunbeds provided) whilst the rear gives complete seclusion, uncluttered, looking over the open land, no buildings or concrete.
All terrace areas have sunloungers, tables and chairs to enjoy and soak up the fantastic all year round climate the region provides, to have a sunny private area morning or afternoon.
Secure parking at the front of the house eliminates all worries about vehicle security or valuables within.

This is a family owned property and a priority is to offer all groups or families as much flexibility as possible regarding duration of stay or changeover times, to accommodate all flights times or travel arrangements.
This is primarily a holiday rental however longer term rentals may be considered over the low season if requested (rates and times would be arranged).
Accommodation will be cleaned before arrival, with fresh bed linen and towels provided.Further cleaning can be provided over longer stays if requested.
We aim to be flexible. If something extra is required we will endeavour to facilitate at all times.
Conditions
On booking confirmation a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required. The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival.
A further refundable deposit of £150 will also be required to cover damages/breakages and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer ( or e- transfer)
Guests must ensure they possess their own travel or holiday insurance. The owners cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of their holiday.

Renowned as Southern Spain's best kept secret, Puerto de la Duquesa lies about one hour from Malaga and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport, fifteen minutes south west of Puerto Banus. This beautiful marina boasts a wide variety of culinary delights such as French, Italian, Chinese and Indian cuisine, not forgetting the local Spanish restaurants serving fresh, local dishes.
Many first class golf courses such as Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque and many others are only a few minutes drive away, with Duquesa Golf course literally metres away from the house.

Regular flights into Malaga (transfer time is only one hour), from all the major European airlines including the budget operators such as Easyjet, Ryanair and Jet2.
Flights also available to Gibraltar Airport (transfer time is only 20 minutes),from a number of airlines such as Monarch, Easyjet and British Airways.
Car hire is recommended for visiting the region. Hire is very simple from a number of companies at the airport such as Malagacarhire.com. The drive from Malaga to Duquesa is a very straightforward journey, well signposted, with no complications, even for inexperienced drivers. We can provide directions to ensure a trouble free trip from Malaga to the house for even the most aprehensive drivers.
