Luxury finished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment within the Andalucian designed Duquesa Village complex. Set amongst landscaped gardens, swimming pools, waterfalls and attractive walkways, our ground floor apartment is furnished to a high standard. The terrace overlooks La Duquesa Golf Course with views down to the Mediterranean. The apartment has hot and cold air-conditioning, marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom including Jacuzzi bath in en-suite. The property benefits from an allocated car parking space within the garage (lift access).
Although Duquesa Village is in a peaceful location, the bustling marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is a short drive or approximately 15 minute walk away, with a large selection of international restaurants, bars and shops. Within easy reach are the famous white villages of Mijas and Ronda, and the many blue flag beaches and golf courses of this area of the Costa del Sol. The Sierra Navada mountain range is only a 2.5hr drive away!

The balcony, which can be accessed from the lounge and bedroom 1, has table and chairs with stunning views over Linen and towels are provided once a week. Extra change of linen can be provided at a small additional cost. Hairdryer is provided.

The Costa del Sol region

The sunshine coast is home to some of the most lively and cosmopolitan resort areas in the world. The dazzling Puerto Banús marina, with its luxurious yachts and trendy eateries, is a great place to see how the other half live and to be seen! This sophisticated resort with well-groomed beaches and world-class golf courses is an ideal holiday choice.
The seaside resort of Estepona covers a wide area and has excellent long and sandy beaches with a pleasant seafront promenade. A picturesque port is surrounded by a good selection of bars and restaurants. The resort also offers close proximity to a number of highly recommended golf courses.
Although popular with visitors, Mijas is still a picturesque hill village of white houses, decorated with wrought iron grills and flowers. The winding streets are full of restaurants and shops, and if the climb gets too much, there are always the famous donkey taxis to take the strain.
The Duquesa / Duquesa Village area
Puerto de la Duquesa really is the Costa del Sol's best-kept secret. Although within easy reach of the airports of Malaga (45 minutes) and Gibraltar (30 minutes), La Duquesa seems like a thousand miles away from the throng of the holiday resorts and offers an unparalleled quality of life in Southern Spain.
The beautiful port of La Duquesa offers full marina services for boating enthusiasts as well as a myriad of attractions for those with no aspirations to take to the water. The attractive promenades encircling the port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafés in which to while away the days. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and, of course, Spanish with its fresh, local fish. Numerous services and grocers are also on hand.

We stayed at your lovely apartment as a base to explore this part of Andalucia. We enjoyed some great skiing in the Sierra Navada mountain range which only took just over 2hrs to get to; and also surfing around Tarifa. What a great location.
