The terrace overlooks La Duquesa Golf Course with views down to the Mediterranean. The apartment has hot and cold air-conditioning, marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom including Jacuzzi bath in en-suite. The property benefits from an allocated car parking space within the garage.
Although Duquesa Village is in a peaceful location, the bustling marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is a short drive or approximately 15 minute walk away, with a large selection of international restaurants, bars and shops. Within easy reach are the famous white villages of Mijas and Ronda, and the many blue flag beaches and golf courses of this area of the Costa del Sol.

Although popular with visitors, Mijas is still a picturesque hill village of white houses, decorated with wrought iron grills and flowers. The winding streets are full of restaurants and shops, and if the climb gets too much, there are always the famous donkey taxis to take the strain.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
