Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with en suite bathroom and the second bedroom is a twin room and both rooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathrooms - The bathrooms are extremely luxurious due to the marble finish. The en suite bathroom has a hydro massage bath and window to give it a bright and luxurious touch. The shower room also boasts a marble finish with a hydro shower.
Lounge - This is a spacious room with marble floors and walls with direct access to the terrace for outdoor dining. This living area also has a flat screen TV with free to air SKY TV , hot and cold air conditioning and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen - The high quality kitchen has an open aspect to the living room and is fully fitted with Siemens appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer.

Outdoors - The east facing corner terrace is accessed from the living room and kitchen. It has views to the pool area. It is furnished with patio dining table and 4 chairs.
Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car only and lift access to the apartment level.
Resort facilities - Marina del Castillo is a gated front-line beach development with 24hr security. Facilities include a sauna and communal pool. There are expansive terraced gardens for sunbathing and relaxing.
Beach - Duquesa beach is in front of the Marina del Castillo resort. Here there are Chiringuito beach bars serving ice cold drinks and freshly caught sea food. Most Chiringuitos offer a sun lounger hire service.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).
All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Cot and High Chair hire are available upon request for a nominal additional charge. An English speaking holiday representative is available for general information and emergencies.
Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. 25% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking. 75% is payable 6 weeks before arrival via a secure online payment system. 50% of the price of the holiday is applicable for any cancellations.

The marina is at the heart of community life in this area. Its network of plazas and side streets host numerous international restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and is the epicentre of miles of palm tree lined promenades where morning and evening strolls are enjoyed by families and those romantic at heart. Perhaps the most attractive aspect of Puerto de la Duquesa is simply its location.
Puerto de la Duquesa is undoubtedly a great destination. By day the marina side cafes and bars are filled with tourists and locals enjoying the sunshine, the best in local cuisine and a cool drink or coffee. Love them or hate them Puerto de la Duquesa also has its fair share of Irish bars and English pubs as expected Football and Rugby dominate and you are sure to receive a warm greeting and excellent food and drink. Don’t forget to take time to browse the shops, enjoy the local restaurants and stroll around the marina and sea wall to admire the yachts and stunning coastal views.
At night is when you can enjoy a different atmosphere in Puerto de la Duquesa, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out. The marina has over 20 different dining options ranging from tapas bars to English carvery and from Mexican to Indian. Entertainment options are also in abundance. The marina is home to numerous bars which host live entertainment, Karaoke and guest DJ’s so there is no shortage of places to party the night away. To enjoy a quiet drink or a romantic evening the marina is also the place to be. When the sun sets, the marina lights up and enjoys a new romantic charm. Several bars and restaurants have marina views and Puerto Duquesa has wine bars and lounges that cater for all ages and tastes and are sure to provide that perfect romantic setting.
The Duquesa / Marina del Castillo area
The beach, bars and restaurants and Puerto Duquesa Marina are all within a short walk from the resort. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are close to hand. The taxi rank is also a 2 minute walk from the development.
Puerto Duquesa Marina is a picturesque and family friendly marina with an excellent range of bars and restaurants to suit everyone's taste and budget.
Sabinillas is a lively beach side town with an expansive promenade lines with bars and restaurants. Sabinillas isn't a main tourist destination and as such retains that traditional Spanish charm.
Manilva Village is a 14th Century white village with stunning views and a traditional Andalucian charm, key attractions are the Roman Baths, Church and Vineyards.
La Duquesa Golf is one of the leading golf courses in the area. The Duquesa Golf hotel has been recently refurbished and is a 4 star hotel which is appealing to both golfers and those looking for very pleasant surroundings for a drink or to use the hotels facilities.
The main festival is San Juan which is held on the 23rd / 24th June. This really is not to be missed! Highlights include Bonfire, Fireworks and Live Music to the early hours !

A beachfront apartment with excellent views and facilities. Complex is queit not too noisy, not too many people round the pool. Only short walk into Port and also Sabinaillas along the promenade.
