This is a spacious apartment situated close to all the amenities offered in the small Spanish town of Sabinillas, which until just 6 years ago was just a fishing village. You could be on the beach within 5 - 10 minutes (dependent on how fast you walk).
A new beautifully landscaped public park with a fully equipped exercise area, open air theatre and children's play area is located just opposite the front door. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within close walking distance.
The apartment has its own underground reserved parking and an outdoor swimming pool for residents only.There is a limited sea view from the balcony. A weekly housekeeper service is provided for cleaning and change of linen.

The apartment is furnished as a home, with 2 comfortable sofas, occasional tables and good bedroom storage. Attached to the kitchen is a spacious utility room containing the washing machine, along with beach chairs and umbrella. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and electric heaters are provided for off-season visitors. A large supermarket is only 200yds down the road.

The Costa del Sol region


There are numerous quality golf courses in the area, ranging from Valderama and Sotogrande to the smaller local courses such as Duquesa and Estepona. The beaches, with their many water sports available and the Chirinquitos (Beach Bars) with the hire of their sun loungers are a great attraction. As a backdrop to the region there are many places of interest to visit, such as the great cities of Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Jerez.
Amongst the many traditional mountainside white villages also worth a visit are Rhonda, Mijas and Casares.
The Duquesa / Sabinillas area
Sabinillas is close to many of the sporting attractions of the Costa Del Sol but also close to the more well know places dotted along the coast. Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 25 minutes drive away and in the other direction is Sotogrande and Gibraltar.
When visiting Gibraltar remember it is necessary to take your passport for the border crossing. This is a very good shopping destination due to being Duty Free. Estepona is the largest holiday resort town nearby and is only 10 minutes drive away.
In the Port of La Duquesa you will find a wide range of bars, restaurants (from Japanese to Thai) and shops to meet all tastes. You are also able to find places to hire boats, have sailing lessons or go fishing.

Nearest airport is Gibraltar with Monarch or Easy Jet flights from London Luton & Gatwick. Good car hire facilities and only 30 minutes drive to the apartment. Malaga Airport with flights from most UK airports is a 1 hour drive away. Taxis are available as you walk across the border into Spain.
