This superb 3 bedroom Marina de la Duquesa apartment is south facing and as such enjoys the sunshine throughout the day. The property enjoys a wonderful location within this sought after holiday resort due to its stunning views across the communal pools and garden and to the beach and Mediterranean sea. The property is very well furnished and provides a lovely home from home atmosphere making your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning and 'free to air' Sky TV. All rooms are a good size and the property is modern and spacious. Marina de la Duquesa is a very desirable and attractive holiday resort for everyone due to its superior facilities and unbeatable location by Puerto de la Duquesa marina and Sabinillas town. Resort facilities include 4 swimming pools, Padel tennis courts, Sauna, Games room, Gym, 24hr security, beachfront access and underground parking. This property is highly recommended for those looking for a beach holiday and wanting to be within easy walking distance to all amenities.

This property has been decorated throughout in December 2010 and has many new soft furnishings and general property enhancements.

Bedrooms - There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and Juliet balcony. The two other rooms are large twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathrooms - There is a large family bathroom witha bath and overhead shower and a shower room with a spacious and modern shower. The master bedroom is ensuite.

Lounge - The lounge is a spacious open plan room with a 3 and 2 seater sofa and a chair. There is also a dining table for 6 people. The lounge has direct access to the terrace and has Sky TV (free to air channels only) and hot and cold air conditioning.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - There is a spacious south facing terrace where you can relax and enjoy the stunning beach and sea views in the sunshine. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs and also enjoys views to the pools and gardens. The property is on the 3rd floor and guests with children should consider this when booking. There terrace is enclosed by a waist height railing as seen on the property pictures.

Parking - There is underground parking for 1 car and lift access to the apartment level.

Resort facilities - Marina de la Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.

Beach - Marina de la Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of chiringuito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersport facilities(not including jetskis).

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Conditions

All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Cot and High Chair hire are available upon request for a nominal additional charge. An English speaking holiday representative is available for general information and emergencies.

Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. 25% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking. 75% is payable 6 weeks before arrival via a secure online payment system. 50% of the price of the holiday is applicable for any cancellations.

Puerto de la Duquesa holds the key to the classic balances that form a quality of life that some only ever dream of. The marina has over 20 different dining options ranging from tapas bars to English carvery and from Mexican to Indian. Entertainment options are also in abundance. The marina is home to numerous bars which host live entertainment, Karaoke and guest DJ’s so there is no shortage of places to party the night away. To enjoy a quiet drink or a romantic evening the marina is also the place to be. When the sun sets, the marina lights up and enjoys a new romantic charm. Several bars and restaurants have marina views and Puerta Duquesa has wine bars and lounges that cater for all ages and tastes and are sure to provide that perfect romantic setting.

La Duquesa Golf is only a very short car drive or 15 minute walk away. This popular club has recently been renovated into a modern and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses are only a 10 minute drive away.

There is good access the the dual carriage way which stretches the whole of the Costa del Sol. The nearest taxi rank is just inside the marina, at a short walking distance from the resort and bus stop is a short 5 minute walk away.
