Newly built 2nd floor luxury apartment, with excellent views of the coast and golf course.It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,one with a jacuzzi bath.A fully fitted kitchen and laundry room,the lounge/dining room is beautifully furnished to a high standard.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes drive from the marina, it is also ideal for golfers with over 20 courses in the area.
La Duquesa marina has an abundance of fine restaurants,shops and bars, a relaxed and friendly area to spend your evenings,there are also 2 fine beaches with exelent facilities for alfresco dining.
There are now regular daily budget flights into Malaga Airport with Ryan Air, East Jet and Fly Be.

The Costa Del Sol is one spains most popular tourist destinations.The area is sunny throughout the year with a temperature averaging around 70 degrees most of the year which makes it perfect for a relaxed sunshine holiday.Places of interest in the local area are Marbella,Puerto banus and Gibralta. This area is the unspoilt region of Spain and is locally known as The the other Costa Del Sol.Within driving distance there are water parks in Algeciras and Mijasthere is also Selwo safari park and marina for fun family days out. Estapona is only
a 10 mins drive and is an up and coming place for nightlife.For shopping there is the huge department store "el corte inglis" in Puerto banus and there is an indoor shopping at La Canada close by. A must to visit is old Marbella town an evening spent in the old quarter will never be forgotton with its shops bars and exquisite restaurants.
