Newly built 2nd floor luxury apartment, with excellent views of the coast and golf course.It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,one with a jacuzzi bath.A fully fitted kitchen and laundry room,the lounge/dining room is beautifully furnished to a high standard.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes drive from the marina, it is also ideal for golfers with over 20 courses in the area.
La Duquesa marina has an abundance of fine restaurants,shops and bars, a relaxed and friendly area to spend your evenings,there are also 2 fine beaches with exelent facilities for alfresco dining.
There are now regular daily budget flights into Malaga Airport with Ryan Air, East Jet and Fly Be.

“Relaxing week” We had a lovely relaxing week. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The complex had numerous pools to choose from The marina area offered plenty of restaurants and bars and the beach spanned for miles. Renting a car allowed us to visit the local water-park and shopping was made easy with good supermarkets nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
