Home description
The modern townhouse, which sleeps up to 8, has three double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the lounge and three bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc
The comfortable lounge diner has satellite TV, DVD player, CD and Radio. Patio doors lead to the private terrace with a gas barbecue and views to the open countryside.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. A double with full en-suite and private balcony with views to the Duquesa Hills. The second bedroom is a further double, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The second floor has a private rooftop solarium, with views of the Mediterranean, perfect for sunbathing.
The property is situated in a beautiful private gated complex just a short walk away from beaches and the Port of Duquesa, where there is plenty of entertainment for both day and night.
This area is ideally suited for family holidays, with many local attractions and several golf courses nearby.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol is the best loved holiday destination in Spain. It has a variety of resorts and year round sunshine.
Situated at the quieter end of the Costa del Sol, Duquesa is an hours motorway drive from Malaga airport. Gibraltar is only 20 minutes drive further west, from where ferries run to Morocco.
Duquesa / Manilva area
Duquesa port is home to a small fishing fleet and many luxurious yachts. The marina is surrounded by bars and restaurants of all types and is a perfect place to while away an hour or two. On each side of the port are sandy beaches with numerous beach bars and water sport facilities.
A short walk from the port is the fishing village of El Castillo, with its own medieval castle, archaeological remains and a variety of restaurants.
The well known resort of Puerto Banús, with its vibrant night life and bustling shops, is 40 minute drive away and the pretty 'white village' of Casares is just a 15 minute drive.
Lying only 1km from Duquesa along the main A7, Sabinillas is a quiet town with several large supermarkets, a street market every Friday and a massive car boot sale and market (Sabinillas rasto) every Sunday morning. It also has a lovely seafront promenade with many bars and restaurants and a superb sandy beach that stretches the entire length of the village. it also boasts the remains of a Roman Bath, where it is possible to bathe in the sulphurous spring water.
Golfers will love the proximity of some of Europe’s finest golf courses, including VALDERRAMA, SAN ROQUE, SOTOGRANDE, ALCAIDESA, ESTEPONA and of course DUQUESA itself. Duquesa Golf, a 10 minute walk from the property, is a fantastic 18-hole course, with beautiful views to North Africa and Gibraltar, and suitable for both professional and novices. Duquesa Golf and Country Club also offers tennis, squash and a fully equipped gym.
How to get there
The closest airport is Gibraltar, a 20 minutes drive from Duquesa, and low cost flights can be found from the UK.
Malaga Airport is one hours drive from Duquesa and has a good range of flights from the UK, including all the major budget airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, etc.
Car hire is recommended when visiting to help get around. The local car hire company is Bruno's http://www.brunoscar.com/, but there are plenty of others on the internet.
