Further details indoors: The apartment consists of three double bedrooms, the master enjoying an en suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The second and third bedroom contain twin beds. The second bedroom leads onto a large terrace at the front of the apartment. There is also the additional advantage of a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a further two guests.
There is an additional family bathroom featuring a full size bath, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The spacious lounge contains a large double sofa bed, sofa, television leading onto a separate balcony with spectacular views over La Duquesa Golf Course and the mountain vista.
There is a large family dining table seating eight in the dining area which leads onto the larger balcony also with patio furniture,overlooking one of the two pools available to guests and the peaceful landscaped gardens.
Both balconies at the front of the apartment offer spectacular views of the wonderful Andalucian mountains and the beautiful fairways of La Duquesa Golf Course. Just right to enjoy your early morning 'naranja' or evening sangria as the sun is setting on the horizon.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the equipment needed to cook up your favourite Spanish meals.
