Coto Real is a brand new resort located on the foothills of La Duquesa and as such affords wonderful views to the sea, Duquesa golf and the surrounding countryside. The urbanisation is gated and has underground parking.

Coto Real is a great holiday resort for those looking for a quiet area that in just a few minutes you can access Duquesa Marina, the beach, Sabinillas and all restaurants, bars and amenities.

Internally the apartment has been finished to an excellent standard and exudes luxury while also being an inviting and cosy holiday apartment. The living room is bright thanks to its big French doors, leading to the big terrace and down to the communal garden and pool areas. Two of the three bedrooms, together with the living room, have direct access to the terrace which is south east facing so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day . The covered area of the terrace provides welcome shade during the summer months and is perfect for lunch and evening drinks. For your added luxury there is a Jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom en suite. It is a very children friendly apartment and the whole resort is gated and fenced with 24 hour security.
The apartment has been furnished by a local interior designer and no expense has been spared to create this very special retreat where you can relax and recharge in luxurious surroundings.
The lounge has 2 cream leather sofas, a dining room table and 6 leather chairs and DVD player. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath There is a further family bathroom with large shower.

This apartment has been fitted out to a very high specification.

• Wheelchair access to the apartment is available from the lift in the underground parking which will take you the front door of the apartment.
• You can access the enclosed gardens/ swimming pools direct from the apartment or from locked gates around the complex to which you will have a key. There is a small pool around 10" deep and a larger pool. They are also showers and toilets around the pool.
• No pets
• Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price.
• Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own.
• Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date
A refundable security deposit of €200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

Coto Real Duquesa Golf is located in the municipality of Manilva, at the western end of the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga, Spain.
Long a favourite destination, the Costa del Sol offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos. Fuengirola is more family-friendly. There are plenty of watersports on offer, and pedal-boats for the family to enjoy.

In one of the prime locations in Southern Spain with warm winters and cooling summer breezes, midway between Marbella and Gibraltar, you will find Puerto de la Duquesa.

A lovely place for a relaxing stay in a new security controlled complex at the top of a hill above Duquesa port . A car is not essential but it makes getting around easier as it is too hot to walk up and down the hill to the port area ,even late at night . My family of 5 including 3 teenagers loved the pool as it is just down private steps to the garden. A bonus for this apartment is it is at the end of a block and on the ground floor so no one bothers you at all. The Apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable home from home everything you need. Views from balcony are amazing. Customer service was great no problems at all booking or picking up keys at resort. I would stay again in this apartment again no hesitation.Did not want to come home so relaxing and hot , air con is fab at night.Thanks Kieron
