Beautifully appointed luxury first floor 2 double bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with superb open views along the coast from a large private terrace. Located directly next to the largest and most spectacular pool in the whole development. Enter into a hall with fully fitted kitchen and utility room facing, double bedroom including double bed and wardrobes with en-suite jacuzzi bathroom to the right.
To the left is a twin bedded room with wardrobes with the spacious and airy master bedroom tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere to the right and straight forward is the large open lounge with dining area, the apartment has marble floors throughout with hot and cold air conditioning. The lounge opens on to the sunny balcony with seating for great views, perfect for reading and relaxing with a glass of wine. Included within the apartment is sky tv, xbox console with games for the kids and Ipod docking station to play all your music on.
The complex has been sympathetically designed in an Andalucian style . There are several swimming pools and beautifully landscaped gardens throughout that will appeal to both adults and children alike. A golf course surrounds the complex, and there are also tennis courts on site. Duquesa is delightfully located between Estepona & Sotogrande with Gibraltar just 20 mins drive away.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol stretches just over 150 km of Malaga province, it is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations.
Travelling from Malaga along the Costa del Sol is easy using the Toll road, other main routes are also good. There are lots of minor roads that take you to mountain villages, like Casares with it's fantastic views. Ronda is well worth a visit and is only 1 hours drive away. In 20 minutes you could be in Gibraltar (don't forget your passport!).
Whether it's miles of pristine beaches or rugged mountains, the Costa del Sol offers every type of terrain. Rising virtually from the beaches, the mountains hide their medieval towns like little jewels - the famed White Villages.
Duquesa / Duquesa Village area
Duquesa Village is located on the Costa del Sol midway between Marbella and Gibraltar in the municipality of Manilva. With its warm winters and cooling summer breezes it is an ideal holiday location retaining a traditional feel whilst in easy reach of busier places like Marbella and Gibraltar. The town of Estepona is also within easy reach by car (15 minutes).
Duquesa port is a fabulous modern purpose built marina with an array of restaurants, bars & shops. You can choose from Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican and many many more superb international cuisine. For those wanting a more lively nightlife the port has it's own nightclub and with many of the bars staying open til late there is plenty to offer the night owl!
It takes just a few minutes to drive to Duquesa Port from the apartment, where there are several excellent beaches and a great variety of restaurants (including some excellent local fish restaurants in the adjacent fishing village of El Castillo).
Although much quieter and more family orientated than the nearby harbours of Puerto Banus and Sotogrande there is still ample night-life and local attractions to keep you busy.
How to get there
From the UK a range of low flight options are available Low Cost options with Jet2, Thomson Fly, BMI Baby, Easyjet and from March 2010 Ryanair are flying out of Leeds Bradford. Charter with My Travel, Thomas Cook, First Choice all of which fly into Malaga airport. Monarch are flying into Gibraltar with effect from Sept 2008.
A wide range of car hire companies are situated at Malaga airport.
Road access to Duquesa, Marbella, Malaga, Jerez, Cadiz and Seville and all along the Costa del Sol is easy by the motorway (A7) or new Toll Road (AP7). Gibraltar is the nearest international airport at just 25 minutes away and Malaga is 45 minutes. Jerez Airport is approximately 1hr away.
