Home description
Our 3-bed townhouse is situated adjacent to the 5th green of the well-established Duquesa Golf Course and minutes from many other courses including the internationally acclaimed Valderama (15 mins). It is just 50 mins from Malaga airport and 20 mins from Gibraltar.
The swimming pool is right outside the front door and is only shared by 10 houses. There are security gates for privacy, making it very safe for children and beautiful gardens surround the pool. We have a grass patio area at the rear enjoying sunshine all day and the most wonderful sunsets!
Easy access to all amenities - just a 10 minute stroll takes you to Duquesa Port where there is a variety of excellent restaurants as well as miles of sun-kissed beaches.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol is one of the most desirable locations to holiday with a wonderful climate - an average of 320 days of sunshine per year!
There are more championship golf courses than anywhere else in Europe! You will never be short of things to do and places to go including visiting Malaga, Ronda, Cordoba and Seville and of course Marbella and Puerto Banus are just a short drive away.
A day in Gibraltar and a trip up "The Rock" to see the apes is a must.
Duquesa area
Duquesa Port offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and some shops and Estepona is just 15 mins away if you want more nightlife!
There are markets weekly, dolphin boat trips, fast ferries to Morocco, theme parks within easy reach and of course Spain is famous for it's annual fairs and the small town of Sabinillas next to Duquesa has many!!!

How to get there
An easy 50 min drive along toll road from Malaga airport. 20 mins from Gibraltar.
Alternatively there are taxis from the airport.

2 Double bedrooms have 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. One cot already in the house but another could be made available if required.
Further details outdoors: We have plenty of garden furniture including comfortable sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, sun umbrellas, small drinks tables - everything you need to make the most of the long hot days!

20% deposit on booking with balance payable 8 weeks before departure. £100 security deposit which is refunded on your return (less any costs for breakages or damage).
No smoking policy. All linen provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
