The apartment is front line Golf located on the thriving Duquesa Fairways complex and is a stone's throw away from La Duquesa Port and the glamorous town of Marbella, as well as Castillo, Duquesa, Estepona and Sabinillas beaches. The prestigious marinas of Sotogrande and Puerto Banus are also close by. The architecture and style of the apartment and the complex is Mediterranean inspired with overviews of the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, the master enjoying an ensuite bathroom with full size bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom contains twin beds. There is also the additional advantage of two double sofa beds in the lounge to accommodate a further two guests.
Both bedrooms lead onto a large terrace at the front of the apartment overlooking one of the two pools available to guests and the peaceful landscaped gardens..
There is an additional family bathroom featuring a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. The spacious lounge contains two double sofa beds, television with satellite TV and spectacular views over La Duquesa Golf Course, the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a large family dining table seating six in the dining area which leads onto the enormous furnished balcony the wonderful Andalucian mountains, the beautiful greens of La Duquesa Golf Course and the cool, blue Mediterranean Sea. Just right to enjoy your early morning 'naranja' or evening sangria as the sun is setting on the horizon.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the equipment needed to cook up your favourite Spanish meals.
The apartment is fully airconditioned with warm or cool air for year round comfort and the added advantage of a 24 hour emergency phone number should you encounter any unlikely emergency.

Monarch Airlines offer cheap flights from most UK airports to Malaga Airport which is approximately 1 hours drive from the apartment.
Gibraltar Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

Car hire is available both from the airport and from Brunos car Hire which is based in Duquesa Port
