This 2 Bedroom Penthouse Apt. is perfectly furnished for 4 people, however a sofa bed can be added to the lounge if necessary and there is a small closet in the hallway which can be used for the 5th person. Spacious balcony with views of Duquesa Golf Course, mountains and the swimming pool. Master bedroom is en-suite with jacuzzi tub and private small balcony. 2nd bedroom has separate shower room with toilet.
To add to your luxury holiday in El Goleto, there is a gymnasium zone with state-of-the-art equipment and a small Spa with Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish and Aromatic Bath.
Unlike the other apartments in the complex, your Penthouse comes with Satellite Sky FreeSat, T.V., DVD & VHS players. Of course, an iron and ironing board, individual air conditioning (cold & heat) electric-vitro stove with 4 cooking rings, refrigerator, full cutlery, dishes, glassware, sauce pans, electric kettle, table linens, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, oven, and microwave are all included.
Lifts give direct access to a private space in a secure underground parking garage.
In the Hotel Reception area, there is a Bar and Restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are available. It is only a short drive or walk to two Supermarkets, a Fish and Chips Restaurant, an Irish Pub Restaurant and an Italian Restaurant. Two authentic "beach chiringuitos" are only a short drive or a 15 min walk. The famous Sotogrande Port is only a mere 10 minutes away where you can enjoy international Polo or just relax at the many restaurants and bars in the port. Not to be missed, is Estepona, a truely Spanish Town with shopping and a wonderful Wednesday and Sunday market and, of course, the playground for the rich and famous....Marbella and Puerto Banus only a 30 minute drive. Hopefully not needed, but always good to know, "Helicopterios Emergency Medical Clinic" is located in the shopping area less than 5 minutes away.

The restaurant Rincon El Goleto is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it received good reports of its good food and warm atmosphere.
The food is Spanish with an international emphasis. They also do pizzas for take away.
The Costa del Sol region
Manilva/Sabinillas is in an area which enjoys the best weather in Spain.
It has a mild micro climate for ten months of the year with a mean annual temperature of 18.7 ºC.

The sun shines for more than 325 days a year. It rains on 40 days out of every year, when it can occasionally
be torrential. The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. This 'Sun Coast' runs for 154 km and consists of a series of large beaches, coves hidden amongst cliffs, leisure marinas and fishing ports.
Its great diversity means that it has something to offer just about everyone - young, old, families there is entertainment and variety to please all types of holiday goer and visitor.
Tasting country wines in the intimate cellars of yore and sampling traditional fried fish are some of the temptations that will seduce all visitors. Costa del Sol is the most developed part of this coast, many towns have recently modernised "paseo maritimos"- promenades.
This is, after all, Andalucia, home to flamenco dancing, bullfights, orange groves, Moorish towns and whitewashed villages perched on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada.
The Mediterranean water is warm and safe with hills & high mountains sheltering the coastline which allows for a micro climate.
The Costa del Sol can be summed up in three words: beaches, golf and celebrities

The Duquesa / Manilva area
Hotel Apartments Pueblo el Goleto is situated on the Costa Del Sol, in the municipality of Manilva and in the area of the famous Puerto de la Duquesa. It is 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 25 minutes from Gibraltar. Gibratar airport is now offering more flights from the UK and often at lower fares than to Malaga.
El Goleto is only a few kilometres from the magnificent golf courses of Valderrama, Duquesa, Almenara & Alcaidesa as well as the exclusive Sotogrande Marina Port. It is also just 35 mins taxi drive to Puerto Banús, where one can enjoy the famous night life of Marbella. The area offers the opportunity to visit the peace and tranquillity typical of the whitewashed villages of the Spanish coast. Some of these villages are only a short drive away, such Casares, Rhonda, and Gaucin. Ronda is a must! You can go up by scenic train and return by coach after sight seeing and a typical Andalucian lunch. Mijas and many similar villages are within easy reach. Selwo Animal Reserve/Park is worth a visit for children and adults. There is always Gibraltar with the famous Barbery Apes, the military history tour and St Michael's cave.
Your neighbour in this area is the very well know Puerto de la Duquesa with it's yachts, restaurants and bars and it's nightlife which goes until the wee hours of the morning. Only a short drive you will find the Golf course La Duquesa Golf and very near by you will find numerous golf courses like the prestigious Valderama Golf situated in the development of Sotogrande, considered the most luxurious and glamorous of all golf courses on the Costa del Sol. The polo pitches and the marina are also important attractions that Sotogrande offers.
Manilva is a traditional fishing village and has many vineyards where the sweet sherry moscatel is cultivated for which it is famous. Sabinillas is a lovely village with a wonderful paseo along the seafront with loads of restaurants and bars. The nightlife in "Sabi" is becoming quite the place to be these days!
A absolute must is at least a day trip to Tangiers, but if you want a real tast of Morocco, private tours can be easily arranged for 2-3 nights which include Tangiers, Valubalis (Roman ruins), Fez and Chefchouen in the Riff Mountains...like nothing you have ever see before!
As well, guided tours can also be arranged for destinations like Cadiz, Jerez, Granada, Sevilla & Cordoba.

The property is an hour via the motorway by car from Malaga Airport. If you take the coastal road without tolls it will take a bit longer. Gibralter Airport is at most 30 minutes drive.

Arrival and Departure:
Please be advised that check in is available from 16:00pm and check out will be at 10:00am (when the cleaners will arrive).
During the 'off peak' season we will try to accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure for your holiday. Bookings made closer to arrival date, 100% due to secure your reservation. The property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen during your stay (beach towels not included at the property) please mention when booking as this is extra. You can pay by cheque or bank transfer.
