Home description
Three story townhouse with small front garden and a roof sun terrace. Outdoor pool in front of property. Situated on a small complex of 70 townhouses with landscaped grounds. Comes fully furnished in a nice relaxed safe area about 15 min walk from the beach.
There are three good sized bedrooms. The top floor bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The two first floor bedrooms have two single beds in each. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedlinen and towels provided. Additional laundry facilities available for a small extra charge. A separate bathroom is located on the first floor.
Large living /dining area furnished with good quality leather furmiture, television, dvd and satellite television Kitchen fitted with cooker/grill, oven, microwave, washing machine and fride/freezer. AIrconditioning and warm air heating in living room and all bedrooms.
There is a roof top terrace with sea views. ( Caution, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the sunroof and surrounding area). Downstairs there is a smll enclosed private garden complete with good quality patio furniture.

Shopaholics will find Gibraltar and its duty free shops a thirty minute drive away or going in the opposite direction visit Marbella with its fashionable shops and promenades.. If you prefer the scenic view take a 15 minute drive to Casares an ancient Spanish built on the side on a mountain...
How to get there
Fly into Malaga airport via most budget airlines. Hire your car and take the A7/E15 for the straightforward journey of about an hour.
