Duquesa Village is a residential complex in Manilva, 5 minutes away from the port of La Duquesa and the beach, affording views of the sea and mountains. The complex has many swimming pools connected to each other by extensive garden areas with a paddle tennis court situated near the lower pool.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, main en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be configured together. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The dining room has a large rectangular table with 6 chairs and is serviced from the fully fitted kitchen.
Whatever you decide to do during the day, the beautiful sun terrace, which overlooks the golf course, is the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining or to gently unwind as the sun goes down.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
Road access to Marbella, Malaga, Jerez, Cadiz and Seville and all along the Costa del Sol is easy by the motorway or new Toll Road. Gibraltar is the nearest international airport at just 25 minutes away and Malaga is 45 minutes.
Sotogrande is roughly 5,000 acres in size and as well as the amazing Santa Maria Polo club, there are four golf courses to choose from; Valderrama (host to Volvo Masters and the Ryder Cup), Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande (Founded in 1964, designed by Robert Trent Jones), La Cañada and Almenara, to say nothing of the further vast choice of courses along the coast.
Duquesa / Duquesa Village area
In one of the prime locations in Southern Spain with warm winters and cooling summer breezes, midway between Marbella and Gibraltar, you will find Puerto de la Duquesa, a beautiful marina nestled between 2 blue flag beaches - Just 1 KM from San Luis de Sabinillas. Quiet, non touristy but with a great variety of restaurants (including some awesome local fish restaurants in the adjacent fishing village of el castillo).
Although much quieter and more family orientated than the nearby harbours of Puerto Banus and Sotogrande there is still ample nightlife and local attractions to keep you busy.
The beautiful port of La Duquesa offers full marina services for boating enthusiasts as well as a myriad of attractions for those with no aspirations to take to the water. The attractive promenades encircling the port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafés in which to while away the days. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and, of course, Spanish with its fresh, local fish. Numerous services and grocers are also on hand.
Whether it's miles of pristine beaches (many earning the European Blue Flag for cleanliness) or rugged mountains with their wildlife, the La Duquesa area offers every type of terrain. Rising virtually from the beaches, the mountains hide their medieval towns like little jewels the famed White Villages. Every type of nature recreation is at hand including even winter and spring skiing only two hours away in Granada.
