The apartment is situated in a great position, has hot and cold air conditioning so perfect for winter breaks as well as hot summer hols, spacious balcony with stunning sea views, secure parking and a fantastic, very private swimming pool.
There is always plenty of parking space and the development has friendly security guards on duty 24 hours a day, so perfectly safe.
The Manilva Beach Development has a welcoming feel to it and is ideal for families and couples alike. The apartment has a contemporary yet cosy feel to it, with quality furnishings, plasma tv, dvd player and fully equipped kitchen appliances.
One double bedroom is en-suite and the twin bedroom has a shower room and WC across. Fully equipped kitchen, lifts and a secure gated community.
The fantastic Duquesa Marina is only 5 minutes away and the popular Estepona 10 minutes away. Shops and supermarkets are in abundance at the nearby Spanish town of Sabinillas.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Manilva Region has most definitely got a lovely 'Spanish' feel to it. The location of Manilva Beach gives you many varied options of places to visit.
With an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby at Duquesa and Estepona, Manilva is a place to relax and unwind as well as enjoy yourself to the full.
The area benefits from all year round sunshine, even January temperatures can reach 20 degrees!
There are many places of interest to choose from, including Selwo Safari Park and Algeciras Water Park, both fantastic for kids, the famous Rock of Gibraltar which is popular for duty free goods, and also the El Corte Ingles Supermarket in Puerto Banus, selling everything from fresh fish to designer clothes.
Duquesa / Manilva area
I recommend a trip up to Benahavis to eat in the evening, especially Eugenio's restaurant in the square. Its and uplifting experience! Benahavis is a traditional Spanish Town with a wonderful feel to it, packed with cosy tapas bars and restaurants.....
In Duquesa there are many nice places to eat, including traditional Spanish, Chinese, Indian and Teppanyaki. Before eating in the evening I would recommend a drink at Bar Duquesa, it has a great feel to it.

How to get there
You can fly to Malaga from the majority of UK airports, I always use either Monarch, EasyJet or Jet2, a good web-site to use to look for flights is www.skyscanner.net, gives you the prices quickly from various airports, its really easy to use.
WE WILL FORWARD SIMPLE DIRECTIONS TO ANYONE WHO BOOKS!
I recommend Sixt Rent a Car. Their web-site is www.sixt.com, the service is second to none. One of their reps meet you at arrivals, a mini bus takes you straight to their office, only a two minute drive away, and withing minutes you are on the road. Very easy to find on the way back also! Its a bright orange building so you cant miss it.
Local Taxi numbers are available on request, there is a relaible taxi number in the apartment.
If you make a booking I will forward you straightforward directions to the apartment and an INFORMATION PACK giving details of places to visit, restaurants, supermarkets, bars etc etc. I also am only a phone call away if you have any questions whilst over in Spain.

Further details indoors: The apartment is newly furnished, two leather sofas, light wood coffee table and side tables and quality patio furniture that doubles as dining room furniture in the winter.
All kitchen and electrical appliances are brand new. Plenty of drawer and wadrobe space.The air conditioning system is very easy to use!!
The plasma tv and DVD player has a small selection of DVD's with it, to keep the kids amused...
Further details outdoors: The gardens and pool area are idyllic and well maintained. The development certainly has a relaxed and safe feel to it.
There is a private underground garage but most people who stay park just outside our block, there is always plenty of parking space.
Other nearby resorts of interest are the exclusive Sotogrande, the quaint Spanish Towns of Casares and Benahavis and the world famous Puerto Banus.

Although this apartment is to rent we also use it often ourselves, so we ask holidaymakers to treat it respectfully.
PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE 3 OF THESE APARTMENTS IN TOTAL, all identical and next door to each other, therefore we can accommodate larger parties.
Information on the local area will be sent to anyone who books. (I can recommend some great bars and restaurants!).
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.......!!
We ask for a 25% deposit of the full rental fee when booking, to secure the dates. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure (plus bond).
A refundable breakages bond of £200 is required, to be paid along with the balance, 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded within two weeks of the keys being returned (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Keys will be posted by recorded delivery once full payment is received.
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
