Home description

Brand new luxury apartment, which has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom, lounge/dinner and fully fitted modern kitchen, one shower room with walk in cubicle. It also has a lovely terrace with patio table, four chairs and parasol with views to the sea.

The apartment is in a small block within the complex that offers a communal swimming pool and children's pool, landscaped gardens, secure designated underground parking, lift access and security. The apartment is within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. One minute drive away is the lovely Marina Duquesa with its various shops bars and restaurants some with live music and dancing some others are quite the choice is yours. The Marina has all the amenities you will ever need for your holiday to include supermarkets, banks and much more, making it an ideal location for families, couples or groups of people that just want to enjoy their holiday.

The apartment is located between Marbella and Gibraltar and only ten minutes drive from Estepona. Situated on the south west-coast of Spain, and enjoying a good all year round climate with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year makes this a perfect destination for your holiday. Manilva Beach offers the ideal location for those wanting a beach, activity or exploying holiday.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities all year round.

Giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.

Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the older parts of Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

Golf on the Costa del Sol is the connoisseurs choice, as each course offers different challenges ensuring some of the best golf in Europe, and indeed further afield. As the temperatures dip and the nights close in at home, it’s time to take the opportunity to relive summer temperatures and decide where you would rather be. The answer is the Costa del Sol. there are 43 golf courses along this stretch of the coastline and three of the most famous courses are all within 15-20 minutes drive away from the apartment to include Valderama, San Roque, Alcaidesa. Or if you prefer something a little closer why not play at Duquesa Golf and country club and take full advantage of the restaurant, bars and full spa facilities on offer, which is only a two minute drive away, making it a perfect location for those that love their game and luxuries.


Duquesa / Manilva area

There are so many fine attractions in this beautiful part of Andalucia :-

Sabinillas – The Nearest main town is Sabinillas which is 5 mins by car only 1km from Duquesa and the apartment along the main A7 route. Sabinillas is a quiet town with a street market every Friday and a massive car boot sale and market (Sabinillas rasto) every Sunday morning - just the thing for those looking for a bargain. Not far from the bigger resorts of Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banús, Sabinillas retains its own character and has a flourishing community where a large number of English residents live happily along side their Spanish neighbours.

Casares - A short drive up into the hillside is a pretty white washed village which is steeped in history and is virtually untouched by tourism, where time has just stood still. Here you will get a real feeling of old Spain. You can find a selection of traditional Spanish restaurants and tapas bars. Also nearby is the ancient roman sulfur spa baths of Manilva which are still in use to this day.

Ronda - Take a trip into the mountains to visit Rondas spectacular gorge and bullring!

Sewlo National Park – A nature park where animals of the five continents exist in semi wild conditions.

Sotogrande – The area of Sotogrande is a peaceful and affluant region of Spain, renowned for its Royal Polo matches and famous golf courses which surround the cosmopoliton Marina of Sotogrande. An active Marina all year round, best known for its international world class sailing events. There are shops, fine water side restaurants and café bars.

Estepona – A large sea side resort town where most of the shops are situated in the town centre on Calle Real or Calle Terraza.There is a wide variety, including boutiques, souvenir shops, delicatessen, and bakeries.


Marbella/Puerto Banus – A luxurious resort town, host to some of the most impressive yachts in the world.
The place to see and be seen. Here you will find the jetset life style of the rich and famous. Amongst all the
glitz and glamour there are fine restaurants and bars and an array of high fashion designer clothes shops and exclusive boutiques, a short distance away is a large shopping mall where you can shop until you drop.

The property benefits from good commuting links via the toll road from Malaga and the coastal road from Gibraltar.

A Security bond of £200.00 will be held for any breakages, damage and the return of keys, this is refundable on the return of your holiday within 14 days providing no breakages or damage occur.
