Home description

The apartment is newly built and furnished to a very high standard, everything being brand new and in pristine condition. It has 2 bedrooms one with en-suite, lounge/diner and galley kitchen. It has a large terrace with dining furniture which offers the opportunity for alfresco dining, with views to the sea and surrounding hillside. The apartment sits in a complex that offers secure underground parking and storage (golf clubs etc.,) and two communal swimming pools, one of which is a children's pool. It is surrounded by landscaped gardens.

Manilva beach offers the ideal location for those wanting a beach, activity or exploring holiday. The beach is a mere 5 minutes stroll away, and the infamous golf courses of Valderama, San Roque and Alcaidesa are only a 15 - 20 minute drive. There is a local course just 5 minutes down the road at Duquesa, which also has a lovely captivating marina. And of course for those wanting to explore the area, Sotogrande (10 minutes drive), Gibraltar (15 - 20 minutes), Puerto Banus (20 minutes), Rhonda ......................we could go on and on. It is an ideal location for families, couples or groups just wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle and have a real taste of Spain.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa Del Sol has something for everyone............................. it is a mecca for sports activity enthusiasts centred on what has become known as the "Costa del Golf." The region boasts numerous courses, add these to tennis clubs, equestrian courses, sailing clubs, diving and walking - what more could you ask for.

inland from the terrific beaches and ports, with their fantastic range of restaurants and shops, you can explore the natural beauty of the Andalucian countryside and Sierra Nevada mountains, Moorish towns, parks and gorges, all there for you to explore.

And don't forget that trip to Gibraltar - great for duty free shopping, and an unbeatable view from the top of the Rock, famous for it's monkeys.

Duquesa / Manilva area

Manilva Beach has a blue flag beach with many chiringuitos for that spanish flavour.

The lovely marina of La Duquesa is a short distance away, ideal for a morning croissant and coffee, or even dinner. An oasis of peace, in an area that has retained a distinct Andalucian charm and character.

Sabinillas - a quiet town with a street market every Friday and Sunday. It has a reputation for superb sea food bars and restaurants, and a superb sandy beach.

Sotogrande - a luxury resort based around a wonderful marina, fine restaurants and bars line the waters edge.
It is also a world renowned polo venue and it is played here throughout the year. Within Sotogrande itself is the protected natural area of the Guadiaro estuary, particular interest to bird watchers but anyone can stroll along the wooden walkways.

Casares - a beautiful picture postcard village with a breath taking approach that inspires the first time visitor.

Gibraltar - duty free shopping and the famous rock and views of northern Africa.

Rhonda - One of Andalucia's loveliest towns. Famous for its plunging river gorge that divides the medieval from the 18th century parts of the town. The gorge is spanned by a stone bridge, it is thrilling to stand on the bridge and stare down at the waters of the River Guadalevin. it is also famours for its bullring and museum.

Marbella/Puerto Banus - favourite location for the rich and famous. Great for people watching and the designer shops.

The apartment is fully air conditioned to allow cool air to circulate in the warmer/hotter months and warm air to circulate in the cooler months.

A deposit of 20% is required on booking and the balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if bookings is made within 10 weeks of departure date. Booking deposit is non refundable.
