One bedroom first floor apartment within well kept gardens and a large communal pool. 2 minute walk to lovely beach and promenade to Duquesa Port / Harbour. Town centre 3 minute walk, to all local tavernas, restaurants and local amenities. Apartment also has a double sofa bed within in the lounge, and caters easily for 4 people. Regular buses from Sabinillas to Gibralter and Estepona. There is a lift within the block.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
It is only a 25 Minute drive to Gibraltar, which makes for a superb day out - remember your passport! Or why not take a 30 Minute drive to Puerto Banus / Marbella - Fantastic harbour / port - keep an eye out for famous people!
There are of course many golf courses in the area too.
Duquesa / Sabinillas area
Walk to Duquesa Port along the prom, restaurants all around the harbourside. Quite often you can see Africa out across the sandy beaches.
Markets in Manilva, 15 minute walk from the apartment. Bag a bargain!
Duquesa is a hidden gem on the Costa del Sol, a traditional fishing village with numerous cafes where you can sit and soak up the atmosphere, and of course, sun! It also has an unspoilt beach- it is truly the Costa del Sol at its best.
How to get there
Fly from Uk airports to either Malaga or Gibraltar. (Budget airlines only to Malaga) Taxi or hire car direct from airports. Directions sent if hire car is booked, Easy route, mainly one road the whole way along the coast from Malaga or Gibraltar.
