The location is ideal for touring Southern Spain, or even visiting nearby North Africa. For the family there are 2 beaches in nearby Duquesa. There are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and other shops in the marina area of Puerto Duquesa (10 minute walk). The town of Estepona is 10/15 minutes away by car with its own beaches, marina area, restaurants, shops and nightlife, with other shops and supermarkets in nearby Sabinillas, just over a mile away.

The apartment is part of a complex which has been completed to a very high standard and is beautifully maintained. Just a short step from the apartment there is a choice of two pools surrounded by palm trees, one of which leads to an open sun deck area with views out over the golf course and the sea beyond.

Please state your preference when booking. A sofa bed in the lounge offers further sleeping accommodation. The apartment is extremely child friendly having no stairs to climb or high balconies, with a secure outdoor garden great for a small paddling pool. Included in the quoted price is the use of a highchair, baby bouncing cradle, inflatable baby playnest, 'Avent' microwave steam steriliser, a cold water steriliser, 2 safety bed sides, a travel cot/play pen, 2 car booster seats & a push chair!
Further details outdoors: There is underground secure parking to keep your vehicle cool during the hot sunny weather. A lift provides access from the garage area up to the apartment should you not wish to climb any stairs!

Conditions
Strictly no smoking or pets allowed in the apartment. A Booking Deposit of £100 per week or part thereof is required to secure your dates. The Rental Balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. A £150 security/breakages deposit is required. This will be refunded to you shortly after your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Please contact the owner for discounted rates for long term stays (4 weeks or more).
