The apartment has 3 bedrooms, master double with en-suite and 2 twin rooms and all the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. The sitting room has TV & DVD. Our new large comfortable sofas can easily seat 6, the dining table also seats 6 with ease. The apartment is fully air-conditioned or central heating for the cooler months. Marble floors throughout.
We also have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with private sun terrace on this complex The new kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for those who do want to cook on their holiday, with all new modern appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, etc. There is allocated secure parking.
Duquesa port is one of the prettiest ports on the Costa del Sol along with Puerto Banus. This port has an attractive promenade encircling it with its bars and restaurants, pedestrians only. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include English, French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Mexican and of course Spanish with fresh local fish.
Behind the port lies an 18 hole golf course (Duquesa Golf), designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., with fabulous views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa.
From the Port, Sabinillas town is a 10 minute walk, with their wonderful sandy beaches and a beautiful promenade and plenty of choice for bars, cafes & restaurants.
You are also only a 10 minute walk from the small fishing village of Castillo. Castillo is where you can find some of the best fish restaurants in the area.
The views towards Gibraltar Rock and on a clear day you will see the mountains of Africa! it is a wonderful sight.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Within a 25 minute drive you can find almost any activity you want. There's plenty to do;
Shopping in Marbella & Banus, Aquaparks, marine centres, boat trips (dolphin safaris), day trip to Tangiers - Africa, Tarifa (surfers' paradise) horse riding, sailing, diving, fishing, jet-sking, go- karting, National Parks & more.
This area has sun most of the year, June to September is the hottest with a max 40oC.

Further details indoors: We have every facility you need to make your stay on the "New Golden Mile" home from home - a very spacious stylish apartment. The private complex is very secure.
Only a 5 minute drive to to the blue flag sandy beach and beautiful marina makes this a perfect location. And only 20 minutes from Gibraltar and an hour from Malaga airport. We organise airport collections by request. (Tel: 0034 677 328 493)
The ground floor location is good for families. Sorry but this is a no smoking and no pets allowed apartment.

Rental prices listed are per week as we only take bookings for a minimum of 7 days. Xmas is a block booking, please call for price.
Deposits and payment :
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date. We also take a 100 euro cash deposit on arrival at the apartment to cover any possible damage to the apartment, this will be refunded when you leave once the apartment has been checked. If the keys are lost a payment of £60 euros will be taken to cover replacement cost. Emergency call out (ie: locked out) 30 euros. The apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure to allow cleaning and change of linen.
Airport collections/drop off by request at lower rates than normal taxi's.
We can, by pre-arrangement, offer days out visiting places of interest (eg. Marbella/Puerto Banus, Ronda, Benahavis,or shopping at Fuengirola
Baby hire equipment: moses basket (with bedding)/ cot (with bedding)/play pen/baby rocker/baby walker & high chair. contact me if you need hire costs for any of the items.
