Further afield are the resorts of Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus. There are several golf courses within a 15min drive making it a golfers paradise.
The townhouse benefits from tranquil gardens with a large kidney shaped pool with waterfall & shallow end suitable for small children. Leading from the living room is a terrace with table and chairs where you can dine al fresco with views over the pool.
With one double and one twin bedroom the townhouse is suitable for families and golfers with plenty to do and see in the surrounding areas.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance 6 weeks before departure or immediately if booking made within 6 weeks of departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is required with balance payment against breakages or damage. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure.
The Costa del Sol region


Duquesa is situated at the western end of the Costa del Sol in the province of Andalucia. It enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year & is an ideal location for a holiday all year round.
Places to visit (within a one hours drive):
Marbella -this cosmopolitan town has an abundance of shops, bars & restaurants. Be sure to visit the old town with its narrow streets & not forgetting the famous orange square.
Puerto Banus - this is the millionaires playground with its trendy bars & restaurants, luxury yachts & designer shops.
Gibraltar - visit the famous rock & see the barberry apes & whilst there take advantage of duty free shopping.
Tarifa- famous for its white sandy beaches, ideal for wind & kite surfing.
Further afield there are many more places of interest, such as Ronda, Castellar de la Frontera, Mijas & Granada.
For families visit Selwo safari park, just a 15 minute drive from Duquesa . There are also water parks at Algeciras & Mijas, both a 45 drive from Duquesa.
The Duquesa / Los Hidalgos area
Local places to visit.
Duquesa - picturesque marina located between two blue flag beaches. It has many bars & restaurants serving a variety of international cuisine. Either side of the marina you have a number of Chiringuito (beach bars)serving good quality food.
Sabinillas - adjacent to Duquesa is this fishing town with its long sandy beach & promenade. There are plenty of bars & restaurants where you can sample a vast variety of the traditional Spanish cuisine. It also has a variety of shops & supermarkets. There is a market held every Sunday & it is well worth a visit.
Estepona - with its lively port, long promenade, sandy beaches & its markets every Wednesday & Sunday.
Casares - drive 15km inland, enjoying the picturesque scenery as you wind your way along the mountain road until you turn a bend & see the beautiful white village of Casares with its medieval fortress.
Other local places to visit are Sotogrande & Manilva.
Golf courses - this area has an abundance of golf courses such as, Duquesa Golf, Estepona Golf, Alcaidesa, Dona Julio, Finca Cortesin & the world famous Valderrama just to name a few.
