About the home

Our Aim, to provide the very best appointed apartment in Southern Spain bar none, a very big claim we know...

With its own private 4 seater hot tub and huge circular bed, (master en-suite with jacizzi bath), 50" Plasma TV with Playstation 2 & 3 with 120 games and 150 DVD's. Totally suberb in every respect and totally unique... A very special place with 5 swimming pools and beautiful gardens, a home from home, located within the exclusive New Golden Mile south of Marbella.

Ideal for birthdays, anniversarys, honeymooners, families or couples wanting something special and way above the average holiday let, this is our second home.

This large, chic, ultra stylish apartment has taken three years to kit out, (with items sourced from the UK, Europe and America) and we promise is unlike any other available anywhere... (If we don't have availability for your dates, PLEASE save our details and try us later in the year. Try "skyscanner" via Google for flights and drop us an e-mail...

This apartment features its very own (not communal) built in, private, 4 seater circular HOT TUB off the rear master bedroom patio, with private views overlooking the valley (the hot tub is not overlooked), a 50" Plasma TV to the main living room connected to both Sky and a Playstation 3 60gb with all the very latest PS3 games, a huge, super comfortable circular bed (to match the hot tub) to the master bedroom, (with Jacuzzi bath and wall to ceiling marble to the master en-suite bathroom), a large lounge with sofas big enough for two people to stretch out end to end, (with wall mounted, flush, 4 stacking CD system), large modern kitchen, with floor to ceiling wine racks and coolers, separate laundry room and funky breakfast bar (with flip down TV, 140 watt surround sound and another playstation which will play music and DVDs), remote controlled hot and cold air conditioning, electric shutters and private underground parking with lift. Nothing has been compromised on in this apartment, from comfy dressing gowns and hot tub towels to tennis rackets and music CDs, there is nothing you will want for.

The apartments' best feature is undoubtedly the rear patio and hot tub which has uninterupted views of the El Hacho Valley. There is a specially built-in raised water feature with a relaxing fountain that has high walls so it is safe for small children, BBQ, day bed, dining and hot tub area. There are many lighting options (as you can see from the photos) to suit your mood... sitting in the hot tub at night with a chilled glass of Cava, surrounded by built in candles, just cannot be beaten. Even the patio lighting is remote control for both colour and intensity and mood.

The apartment itself is located within the exclusive Duquesa Golden Mile (half way between Puerto Banus & Sotogrande) It is an upmarket area with mainly second home owners so the pools are quiet and relaxed. It is located in a very idyllic and tranquil location yet is only a 5 minute drive to the lively and stunning 'Puerto De La Duquesa' with its many bars and restaurants

Externally there are 5 superb pools and palm tree lined gardens with tennis facilities along side, next to the golf course. (Tennis rackets and balls are provided) The apartment is suitable for families with young and older children or for couples wanting to escape to somewhere special, perhaps to celebrate an anniversary or birthday.

Large 2 bed 2 bathoomed apartment with balconies and patio gardens to both front and rear. The apartment is new and has beautiful cream marble floors and full remote control hot and cold air con. The Master bedroom is large with built in wardrobes and a huge circular bed. The master bathroom has floor to ceiling marble and mirror with a Jacuzzi bath and shower. There are double doors leading out to the patio with a circular hot tub to match the bed. The second bedroom has twin beds that can convert to a double, built in wardrobes and double patio doors leading to a garden patio exclusivly planted with a collection of white flowering exotics. The kitchen is large with Marble tops and funky breakfast bar. The kitchen has all mod cons including flip down music DVD screen and a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The dining area has a large tinted glass table and perspex chairs. The lounge has two large, modern, super comfy sofas to stretch out on whilst listening to music via a flush wall mounted stacking CD system

The apartment is very chic and modern with a slight retro feel. It is our treasured second home that has taken 3 years to fully kit out to this standard and we therefore feel it is one of THE very best apartments available to rent anywhere in southern Spain

Please note that linen, dressing gowns, bath and hand towels, super huge hot tub/beach/pool towels are all included in the price, as is the use of the apartments hot tub (which some penthouses would charge around £75 for, assuming you can locate an apartment that actually has one).

The Costa del Sol region

This area of Andalucia has plenty of places to explore and is rich in history. The climate is superb and there is a stunning mountain back drop to most of the coast with lovely ports such as Duquesa, Sotogrande and Puerto Banus all close by. The apartment itself is set next to Duquesa golf with 30 plus golf courses within easy reach including Valderrama 10 minutes away. One guest 3 weeks ago chose to take a boat ride off Gibraltar to watch dolphins. There are also whale watching trips. Another family visited the large waterpark in Benalmadena The area has just so much to offer from quiet relaxing beaches to very lively nightlife, there really is something for everyone. Having said that the apartment and pool complex are so nice, some visiters hardly venture out. The choice is yours. We do send out to you a hard back returnable book of the area before you depart so that you may plan trips if you so wish. The tourist information in the port has the very latest offers and trips

The Duquesa area

The area of Duquesa/Manilva where the apartment is located is quite up market, with beautiful properties developments, gardens, pools, beaches and harbours. The local port Duquesa is only a 5 minute drive away and is one of the most picturesque ports you will find anywhere, with bars and restaurants fronting two sides. The choice of lovely beaches, ports, towns and villages in this area almost beggers belief, I dont really know where to start. It really has something for everyone from families with children of any age, to couples or honey-mooners. All that have stayed with us want to return. It is a place to get to know and fall in love with, as we have.

** Many UK low cost airlines travel to to Malaga, Gibraltar or Jerez including Thomsonfly, BMI Baby, Easyjet and Ryanair

** We would be happy to arrange car hire. Car hire from Malaga is very straight forward with most companies located within the main terminal building. We have used Record Car Hire many times but there are others; just type 'Malaga Airport car hire' with a Google search to compare prices

** Toll road (E15) from Malaga to Puerto de la Duquesa is very quick and easy and costs around £5.50 each way. The main road (N340) runs parallel to the Toll road and is dual carriage for most of the way. Road connections in this area of southern Spain are very good

Many thanks for enabling us to stay at your beautiful apartment - we were very impressed with the furnishings and fittings, helping us to relax from the minute we arrived . . .it was by far the best equipped apartment we have stayed in, our children (teenagers!) made full use of the PS2 and PS3, the huge plasma TV was a real treat for all of us, as was the hot tub and jacuzzi bath - fantastic!

Having so many kitchen supplies in the cupboards and fridge when we arrived was also really useful, and much appreciated, (especially the Cava - just the job after a long journey), thank you!

We enjoyed plenty of walks, up in the hills behind the resort, and down to the beach, your apartment was an ideal place to unwind in quiet, relaxed surroundings, but with plenty to see and do, within easy reach, too.

'Hi, just back from Spain and we didnt break anything! The weather was fantastic There is so much to do there. We didnt even get to Puerto Banus as you recomended but did go on a boat trip from Gibraltar and saw the dolphins which was the highlight for me. Nigel and Hazel also enjoyed the holiday, it was their first trip abroad. 'Thankyou so much for a wonderful, wonderful holiday. The girls were so happy going from hot tub to pool to beach. They didnt watch telly all week! Felicity keeps asking if we can go on the airplane today!!! It is the best family holiday we have ever had and your lovely place has inspired us to redecorate our house which we are currently doing. Neils says he's going to buy a fishing rod next year to keep in your store room. We also collected some more shells and put them in your rear patio pond.
