About the home

This spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Marina Duquesa boasts incredible sea views and also views over the communal pool and garden areas. The property is furnished to a high standard and very well presented. The lounge is an open plan area with 3 double patio doors which have superb views and give the property a wonderful luxurious ambience. There is English TV in the lounge. An additional feature to this property is the glass curtains on the terrace. In summer these are fully open but in winter they are closed and enable guests to sit on the terrace, soak up the warm Mediterranean sun and still enjoy uninterrupted sea views.

Marina Duquesa is a very popular holiday resort due to its unbeatable location between Duquesa Marina and Sabinillas promenade. Resort facilities include 4 swimming pools, gym, sauna, padel tennis, private parking and 24 hour security. Duquesa beach is directly in front of the resort and all bars and restaurants are within a short and flat walking distance.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with en suite bathroom and English TV. The other 2 rooms are twin rooms that share a shower room. All rooms have ceiling fans.

Bathrooms - The en suite is a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The 2nd bathroom is a showerroom.

Lounge - The lounge is a beautiful room which is very light and spacious. There is direct access to the large terrace. There is a large 2 and a 3 seater settee and a dining table for 6 people. There is English TV ceiling fans.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - The large wrap around terrace has glass curtains, stunning views and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Parking - There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to the apartment level.

Resort facilities - Marina Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.

Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports facilities (not including jetskis).

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Conditions

A welcome pack is provided for all bookings. All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Cot and High Chair hire are available upon request for a nominal additional charge. An English speaking holiday representative is available for general information and emergencies.

Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

The Duquesa / Puerto de la Duquesa area

The beach, bars and restaurants and Puerto Duquesa Marina are all within a 2 minute walking distance from the resort. Car hire is not essential except for those wishing to explore further afield.

Puerto Duquesa Marina is a picturesque and family friendly marina with an excellent range of bars and restaurants to suit everyone's taste and budget.

Sabinillas is a lively beachside town with an expansive promenade lines with bars and restaurants. Sabinillas isn't a main tourist destination and as such retains that traditional Spanish charm.

Manilva Village is a 14th Century white village with stunning views and a traditional Andalucian charm, key attractions are the Roman Baths, Church and Vineyards.

The main festival is San Juan which is held onthe 23rd / 24th June. This really is not to be missed! Highlights include Bonfire, Fireworks and Live Music to the early hours !
