Puerto Duquesa Marina is a picturesque and family friendly marina with an excellent range of bars and restaurants to suit everyones taste and budget.
Sabinillas is a lively beachside town with an expansive promenade lines with bars and restaurants. Sabinillas isnt a main tourist destination and as such retains that traditional Spanish charm.
Manilva Village is a 14th Century white village with stunning views and a traditional Andalucian charm, key attractions are the Roman Baths, Church and Vineyards.
The main festival is San Juan which is held onthe 23rd / 24th June. This really is not to be missed! Highlights include Bonfire, Fireworks and Live Music to the early hours !

Further details indoors: Bedrooms - Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have hot and cold air conditioning. The masterbedroom has a double bed and en suite facilities. Access to the private terrace is through the double patio doors. The second bedroom is a twin room.
Bathrooms - The en suite is a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The 2nd bathroom is a showerroom.
Lounge - The lounge dining room is light and spacious with direct access to the terrace via double patio doors. There is a 4 seater dining table and the lounge area is modern and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, DVD player and Sky TV (free to air channels only).
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.
Further details outdoors: Outdoors - There large south west facing terrace is wonderful for dining and sunbathing. It is very family friendly and a wonderful place to spend a lazy day in the sunshine or evening alfresco dining. There are 2 sunloungers and a 6 seater dining table. Although the terrace is open it is sufficiently private due to its location.
Parking - There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to the apartment level.
Resort facilities - Marina Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools one of which is heated, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.
Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports facilities(not including jetskis).

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).
Conditions
