Home description

The apartment is beachfront, with sea views and a sun terrace. The complex facilities are excellent with a separate children's pool and a children's play area as well as tennis courts and a large swimming pool making it the pefect place for family holidays. It’s also a perfect holiday destination for golfers and a good base for exploring the white villages of inland Andalucia.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The area is great to explore, from the typical Andalusian villages of Mijas to taking a train from San Roque to Ronda and taking in the fantastic scenery.

Water Parks at Bahia Park in Algeciras or Mijas provide good family fun.

Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Safari Park and Selwo Marina are fun family days as well as the crocodile park in Torremilinos.

Tivoli World in Benalmadena is only 45 min drive - a world of fun, rides and shows

Estepona is 10 mins drive and is an up and coming place for nightlife, dance the night away at Plato 68 nightclub

For shopping there is Marbella which also has a huge department store "el corte ingles" in Puerto Banus and there is indoor shopping at La Canada.

Many companies offer watersport activities or sailing from Marbella to Duquesa


Duquesa / Sabinillas area

Sabinillas is a perfect holiday spot for those seeking a relaxing “sun and sand” holiday, away from the madding crowds of the busier resorts north east along the coast. Tradtitionally a fishing village it has some fantastic fish restaurants along the promenade. With many bars and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance a car is not essential. Duquesa Marina is a 20 min walk along the promenade and is a picturesque place to sit and while away the hours.

Sabinillas has a lot to offer and is quicky becoming a popular place to visit.

The area is also a Mecca for golf enthusiasts with 60 courses on this coast including Valderrama (15 min drive), the venue of the 1997 Ryder Cup, San Roque and Sotogrande (15 min drive).

If you like horse riding you can do a hack in the countryside or have a lesson - this is about a 35 minute drive away.

This 2 bed apartment is beautifully furnished. There is marble floors throughtout and it has air conditioning. A South-west facing terrace means you can realax on a sunny terrace with faboulous views of the Mediterranean. The apartment has SKY with free to view channels and a DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is a twin room and a double with en suite bathroom. The sofabed in the lounge gives that extra bed for families with 3 children.

There is also secure underground parking.

Further details outdoors:
For a young family this is ideal as there is a separate children's swimming pool and also a play area to keep the kids amused while you laze in the sun. For couples and and older families there are plenty of sunbathing areas and garden areas to relax in, if you are feeling energetic there are also tennis courts.

A short stroll from the complex is the beach and also a multitude of bars and restaurants. Try out the fantastic fresh fish restaurants and local tapas bars. Sabinillas is tranditionally a fishing village and the fishermen still bring the boats ashore with freshly caught fish. If sunbathing is your thing, then relax on the beach and be served drinks from Rilex Restaurant, great food and good value.

You will also find supermarkets, chemist, hairdressers etc in Sabinillas so you have everything you need on the doorstep!
