The complex boasts 2 large Swimming pools and 1 medium size swimming pool and a children's pool. Relax on the sun terrace whilst taking in the sea views.
For children there are great facilities including a kids playground area and paddling pool. If you like Tennis there are 2 private tennis courts on the complex. There are ample sun beds in the gardens and around all pool areas.
If you are a golfer then within 3 minutes walking distance there is the 18 holes Golf course of Duquesa Golf & Country club with entertaining fairways that will allow you to enjoy rounds of golf reserved for players who enjoy the sun and Mediterranean breezes.
The property is maintained by English and Spanish speaking representatives who live opposite the apartment so help is always available if required.
A welcome pack is provided upon arrival detailing places of attractions and details of services such as taxi numbers, restaurant deliveries, emergency numbers.
Bookings rates are shown below by the week, please enquire if you require rates for periods other than per week. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am. If you have any special requirements, please contact us.
A 20% deposit is required for bookings made more than 2 months from date of arrival, full payment is required for bookings with less than 2 months from date of arrival. A £200 security deposit is added to the total payable, this deposit is taken to allow for damages and will be returned to you immediately when they keys of the property are received back via recorded delivery in the UK. All keys are sent to you via recorded delivery 1 week prior to your departure, if you are outside the UK then the keys will be available for collection upon your arrival. Payments can be accepted via Credit/Debit card through Paypal or by Bank transfer.
The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol offers so many attractions for a great holiday regardless what time of year you visit. The property is located in Duquesa between Estepona and Sotogrande and within a 15 minute drive you are in Puerto Banus and Marbella or in the other direction you could take a 25 minute drive to explore Gibraltar and the many attractions that Gibraltar has to offer including the caves and monkeys!
The complex is located close to Duquesa Marina with its cafe's, bars and restaurants and interesting boutiques and close by is the beautiful beach of Duquesa. The Marina offers so many beautiful attractions and facilities and you can even charter a boat for the day to go fishing or maybe a trip over to Morocco! Next door to the complex is Monte Duquesa with its shops, restaurants and facilities.

"Great apartment, great location, great holiday"
I opted for this apartment after our original booking fell through and I cannot speak highly enough of it. I thought it was too good to be true looking at the pictures and description and I can assure anyone that likes the look of the apartment that they will not be disappointed. The apartment itself is fully equipped and caters for all your needs and so much more - toys for kids, takeaway menus and, most importantly, a sangria jug! The little touches meant so much. It was clean, well furnished to a very high quality, comfortable and the location was beautiful. The fact it was ground floor and with a lovely, furnished patio area added to it for us; what better way to start your day than breakfast in the sun? Three lovely pools on site, plus a kids pool; the locals were equally as friendly and Mark Lennard could not have been more helpful answering all our questions. It meant that we (me, my fiancee, our 18mth old son and my Mum) had the perfect holiday and we cannot wait to return next year for a longer stay. Also worth mentioning how safe and secure it felt with security guards on duty 24/7 and electronic fobs to get in and out of the main gates of the complex. The one downside (if you can call it that) was the poor wi-fi, which was very intermittent and it is a shame there is no bar on site, but with so many bars and supermarkets nearby, it is not essential. And this is more a residents complex than a big holiday complex, so there is not really the need for one out of season.
Sabilinas, Duquesa and Manilva really is a beautiful part of Spain and there were many fine restaurants (Green Olive in Sabi well worth a visit) and we also enjoyed the market in Estepona on Wednesday morning.
This apartment really caters for all... families, couples, older people - everything is in place for you to have a holiday you will remember for years. And you can't ask for more than that.

"Excellent Apartment - Wonderful Complex"
We had a most enjoyable time at Duquesa Suites and the apartment was so well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The children enjoyed all the 3 swimming pools and the complex catered for all age groups with tennis courts and swimming pools. We will return!
