This brand new apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, and 2 bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be configured together, along with fitted wardrobes and drawer space.
The living area boasts a sumptuous leather sofa bed, satellite TV & DVD. The dining area has a modern table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for this luxury apartment. The apartment also has air conditioning, with warm air heating for the cooler months, and a safe. There are parking facilities in the underground garage.
Whatever you decide to do during the day, the beautiful sun terrace, which overlooks the golf course, is the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining or to gently unwind as the sun goes down.
Duquesa Village is a residential complex in Manilva, 5 minutes away from the sporting port of La Duquesa and the beach, affording views of the sea and mountains. The complex has many swimming pools connected to each other by extensive garden areas with a paddle tennis court situated near the lower pool.

GOLF
LA DUQUESA 18 holes, Par 72, 6142 metres Some great par 3's including the 17th, requiring accurate driving and concentration. Other facilities on this charming course include a Driving range, Putting green, Restaurant, Gym, Turkish Bath, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Indoor Pool, Tennis Courts, Billiards and Pro Shop.
ESTEPONA 18 holes, Par 72, 6001 metres Stunning course opened in 1989. Set against the Sierra Bermeja mountain range with wide fairways and very long greens.
LOS FLAMINGOS 18 holes, Par 72 One of the best on the Costa Del Sol. Although technically demanding this course will please all.
SAN ROQUE Par 72, 6497 metres Set in the southern Andalucian hills, this is rated as one of the finest in Europe. Hosted the 2005 Spanish Open Golf and the Asprey Cup.
SOTOGRANDE 18holes, Par 72, 6298 metres The greens are huge, very undulating and often murderous for the scorecard. Imported Bermuda grass ensures lush fairways, and the lack of rough add to the enjoyment of this wonderful golf course.
VALDERRAMA 18 holes, Par 72, 6402 metres World famous course hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup. One of the top 10 in Europe and the 1st in Spain.
Duquesa / Duquesa Village area
There is plenty to do and see around Duquesa and also approx 2hrs drive is Granada and approx 2.5 hrs is Seville.
LA DUQUESA Duquesa is a marina situated half way between Marbella and Gibraltar. Set in a beautiful location on the Costa del Sol, this marina is really one of the best in Europe.The port boasts a wide choice of amenities including a supermarket, bank, butcher and a wide choice of affordable, top class restaurants which include Chinese, Thai, Italian, English and Spanish cuisine. There's also a great variety of shops as well as many bars.
CASARES Casares is a picture postcard village, so stunning it will cause any visitor to park the car and simply stare or take a photo.
BENALMADENA As well as its beaches and marina, here you will find the Costa Del Sols biggest amusement park - Tivoli World and the Sea Life Aquarium.
ESTEPONA Outstanding gastronomy, folklore and local celebrations and home to the Selwo Wildlife Park.
GIBRALTAR As a VAT free jurisdiction, The "Gib" is a shoppers haven. Along with places to visit such as The Rock, Dolphin Safari Boat Trips & St Michaels Cave.
MANILVA Manilva is just inland from the coastal town of Sabinillas . It's architecture is magnificent and brings in tourists from other parts of Andalucia. As with many of these small villages in the hills of Andalucia, there is much history associated with them, as well as great charm and beauty.
MARBELLA Marbella has a charm and character all of its own . Although once a quiet fishing village and now a sophisticated resort city. Here you will find a casino, clubs & just about every sporting activity under the sun. Take a look at the Soccer Camp Marbella for a summer of football and sporting activities.
MIJAS A Beautiful white washed village which also is home to the Oasis Water Park.
PUERTO BANUS For the ultimate in coastal charisma it would be hard to beat Puerto Banus,.This is the place to be pampered yachtside and watch the world go by or just window shop.The nightlife is buzzing here with alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos which are open dusk until dawn.

Just a quick note to say thanks for use of the apartment. It has such amazing views & its so peaceful sitting on the terrace in the evening. Lovely stroll to the harbour.
