Spacious luxury apartment overlooking the beach on a new complex with 4 large swimming pools, gym, sauna and paddle tennis.The apartment is south west facing enjoying sunshine all day long and a fabulous view across the beach. The terraced area overlooks one of the pools and is perfect for sampling a glass of local vino as the sun goes down. Less the 250m away is the bustling centre and marina with plenty of bars and restaurants to suit everybody's taste.
The apartment has one double and one twin bedroom with an extra roll out single bed if required. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard enjoying air conditioning and heating. There is a lounge diner, a separate kitchen and a luxury bathroom and shower room. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol is a beautiful area of Southern Spain enjoying fantastic sunshine throughout the year. The whole coast enjoys beautiful beaches with every conceivable water sport activity available. Andalucias famous white moutain villages such as Casares and Gauchin are within easy reach of the coast. For those wanting to explore Andalucia Cordoba, Rhonda, Granada, Gibraltar and the Sierra Nevada ski fields are all within a few hours drive. For the more adventurous day trips to Morroco are easily organised and Portugal is reached within a few hours drive.
The world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella are located along this coastline where the rich and famous are often seen.
The surrounding area has hidden and secluded beaches, restaurants and areas of natural beauty. The Costa Del Sol also has theme parks, water parks, lively and bustling bars , restaurants and shopping to suit all tastes.
Golfers heaven! There are over 50 top quality golf courses along this coast inlcuding the famous Valderamma course. The whole area is a huge attraction to the golfing fraternity.
Duquesa / Puerto de la Duquesa area
Duquesa was recently described as Puerto Banus 25 years ago! It has a small but lively marina with restaurants and bars. Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, French, Mexican, Thai and English food is available. This is a family friendly resort which is very laid back and perfect for winding down and chilling out. The small square is the centre of all the restaurants with a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Duquesa has its own challenging golf course approximate 400metres from the apartment.There are a few small boats and catarmarans available for charter from the marina at very reasonable rates.
A short walk along the promenade takes you to the Spanish village of Sabinillas which is changing as more people discover this area of the coast. Several restaurants and bars spill onto the promenade where local Spanish mix with the European tourists.
