The apartment is furnished to a high quality in a modern style, with marble floors and leather sofas. The bedrooms and lounge are very spacious and luxurious and there are 2 private terraces and a garden. It has a large shared swimming pool and a small children's pool with sunloungers and parasols. There is also a raquet court area and 2 grassy terraced areas. It is close to the gorgeous Port Duquesa with a range of lovely beaches, restaurants and championship golf courses nearby. Closeby inland there are many quiet Spanish towns, including the stunning Ronda , where the real Spain can be found. Princesa Kristina would make an ideal holiday place for families,couples and groups of golfers.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol region A short drive away is the picturesque port of La Duquesa. The port offers an excellent choice of harbourside restaurants, cafes and bars offering local and international cuisine. It has an lovely seafront promenade with fabulous cafes and bars. Estepona with its quaint old town and fabulous beach is also close at hand.
Within easy reach is the chic Sotogrande with its wonderful marina, fine restaurants and bars. For duty free shopping Gibraltar is also a short drive away. Perfect for a day of duty free shopping and a chance to experience the Rock of Gibraltar. Just beyond Gibraltar are the stunning beaches of Costa de la luz.
Bellavista de Princesa Kristina is ideal for families and couples alike, and is the perfect base for discovering the Andalucian area with its many delightful towns and villages.
The region is also a golfers’ paradise with some excellent courses nearby.
Duquesa / Princesa Kristina area
Duquesa area Andalucia is well known for its top golf courses and the wonderful sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. Duquesa's own golf and country club is a championship 18 hole course and overlooks the Mediterranean with stunning views out to North Africa and Gibraltar. This is a good course for professional and novice players alike. By car you can reach Sotogrande and Valderrama within 10 minutes, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships). There are approximately 20 other golf courses on the Costa del Sol within a 30 minute drive. Princesa Kristina is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at Princesa Kristina late afternoon!. It is 2 km to San Luis de Sabinillas which is a typically spanish town with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The beach at La Sal-Sabinillas is 5 minutes away along with the fantastic golf course of La Duquesa. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 25 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes.

Further details indoors: The accommodation sleeps 4 , but there is room for an extra bed, which can be hired at £70/week including linen. High chair and cot hire available on request. Satellite TV. Linen is changed on a weekly basis. Management company on hand to offer help in any way.
Further details outdoors: The property has 2 covered terrace areas with full dining furniture. There is also a private garden with views over the pool and sea. The development has a mini tennis/ball games court.
Conditions
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. The property will be cleaned at the start of your holiday and for a 2 week booking will be cleaned mid stay. You can pay by cheque or bank transfer.
